It has easy access to main roads and is just a few miles from Gulf Coast beaches and downtown Naples. This is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the second floor of a three-story building, available for short-term or seasonal rental, 1 Month at a Time. You'll find lush, well-kept grounds, on-site security, and a calm atmosphere. The property features apool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, billiards room, and a fitness facility for your enjoyment. This Property is a minimum month-to-month rental. There are two applications that need to be completed and returned before your stay. The first is for the Condominium Association Enclave at Naples, and the second is for the owner. We also require a $1000.00 refundable deposit for incidentals.
