This was my kids first time to the beach and they LOVED IT!!! Great distance to the beach, great atmosphere and the stay was fantastic. Kenny is great and is very respectful and responsive with any questions or anything you need. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will be back.

This property was the perfect distance to the shore line but 2 flights of stairs was a bit much for us. Queen bed slept great but twins were cheaper quality. Well stocked kitchen but it wasn't as clean as customary on arrival. We also appreciated the parking was directly below unlike some places we have stayed where we had to park in a parking garage.

This listing was just as advertised. The host was very easy to communicate with and didn’t leave out any info. He provided all information timely and promptly. Condo was clean, had everything you could need plus some extras. Location is great and the price is fair! Only downside was the pool siding needing some work where the lining and side meets. However that is not in the host control! He even went out of his way to contact us to see if some belongings the cleaner found were ours. We will visit again when back in the area and will recommend!

This is a great option for simple affordable accommodations with easy beach access. Beaches have good space and are not crowded here, can easily walk east into highrise area for bigger crowds or west toward beach houses stretch for minimal beach traffic. Small pool so if you intend to spend most your time there, probably not your best option. Clean, comfortable,, would definitely stay here again.

Location, pool, condo. All of it was perfect. We take an annual trip to Gulf Shores. This makes our 7th year. I have found my go-to place from now on. The unit was clean and in a perfect location. The pool was just the right size (and a hot tub)! Perfect location to the beach (which was clean). The only issue was noisy neighbors but that will happen anywhere you go. Owner was great to deal with. I give it all a solid A+! Thanks so much for a great vacation!! We will be back!

If you're looking for a condo ON THE BEACH this is the one! It's literally a 3 min walk from condo to the beach. The location is close to everything you need, and honestly you could walk most places if you wanted. Unit was clean and spacious. We booked for 5 nights and we were afraid it would be too much for our autistic 11 year old son, however we didn't want to leave! We loved it so much my husband and I are looking at property!
