I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location and place I've stayed so far with the New Wave properties! As I've come to expect from New Wave, everything was super clean and ready for our stay. The only hiccup was that this place has a gas grill, and I had to replace the tank that was empty.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Property was incredibly clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfy beds and TVs in all the rooms. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. So great to be able to do laundry while we were there. Property is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart from the management company and it was so convenient to have it delivered to the property. We have been to Port A over 20 times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 25, 2023This unit was in a perfect location, right on the middle of the towns attractions. The mgmt team even delivered our golf cart prior to our arrival. Just be prepared to bring Everything…including salt & pepper…and maybe your own coffee maker. But other than that this place was amazing!

The location is close to resturants - but be prepared for a 2 hour wait at any of them. Condo set is great - thou the gas grill did not work. Overall good.
