Relax with a Fabulous Ocean View Ocean Sounds in This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Den

Clean, great location. Only con was the lack of communication, I had to figure put of the condo had beach chairs , umbrella and towels. I discovered this by another reviewers post. I then called the condo complex and they said they don’t provide that, but said there are rental companies that do . I was able to find a great beach rental place that delivered chairs, umbrella and wake boards. They deliver right to the condo door, and even picked up! The boardwalk to the beach wasn’t in use as they were in the process of replacing it, so the complex offered a golf cart shuttle, worked out great! Actually better than the boardwalk.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are spectacular and the condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach was being built, so we had to walk around via the roadway to access, but it was a nice little walk and good exercise. The resort did offer a golf cart shuttle, but we enjoyed the walk and the views. We watched the ships line up in their holding pattern to the channel, and the sunrise every morning was beautiful. Next time we'd love to come during the annual Sand Festival. The beach was being prepped for it during our last days. There is a 9-hole golf course at the resort next to us, which was fabulous. We played it 2 times. It was pricey and very challenging for a 9-hole course. Our recommendations would be to have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella to use and to improve communication before booking. Our pre-booking inquiry questions went unanswered. We booked anyway and loved our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The place itself has a great location and great views and a nice layout but it looks like it hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 1980s. The beds were hard and not comfortable to sleep in and there was a lot of furniture for such a small space in the living room dining room area. Overall you definitely felt like you were at the beach which was a nice stay and it had everything that we needed as far as appliances and cookware and dishes are concerned.

Room was great. Hard to find with the property sign covered by plants.
