Relax with a Fabulous Ocean View Ocean Sounds in This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath

The location is great. The condo had all the things we needed. It is in need of a few upgrades but nothing that interfered with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was bigger than we anticipated which was perfect for us. The beach view was beautiful. You could hear the waves . We cannot wait to stay here again. This will be our main stay when we come to Port Aransas.

Top notch. One of the nicest cleanest places on the island!!

We took my Mom to the coast to celebrate her birthday with hopes this trip would put a smile on her face and hopefully a glimmer of the good times if she can remember this trip as she suffers from Alzheimer's Disease.The unit was beyond clean, and to be honest, the entire property was super clean which said a lot about the pride each employee has for where they work because it takes a village to be that clean and this place did not disappoint.Our unit (309) was decorated with comfort and class and our next trip will be at this location again, if available in the future.Thank you Aransas Princess for making this a great weekend and to the lady at the front desk who assisted my Mother to get back to our room safely, as she managed to get out of the unit, down the elevator and request a ride home while we were still sleeping at 7:03am. I realize so many things could have gone so wrong from that incident but Aransas Princess staff was the hero of the day and made memories I will cherish for years to come!

The property was clean and comfortable. Both pools on property were also clean, however the hot tub was under maintenance and unable to be used during our stay. We were very pleased with our stay with one exception, the boardwalk to access the beach was under construction. This was not noted on the website. There was no way to get to the beach unless you used your own vehicle or took a golf cart from the condo, which was not on a schedule. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would book again.

Great location, super clean and updated condo. Pool could use some work but the water was clean and warm.

Easy access to the beach via boardwalk. There are two pools - the main cascading pool was under construction (which we were not made aware of) so that was unfortunate. Nice staff. Cons - oven takes over 45 minutes to pre-heat to 350 degrees. Main pool (where view is) is under construction.

Stayed here with our family of 5. It was perfect. Easy access to the beach. The place was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
