Stayed Jun 6, 2024This location was great for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the slips. The unit was stocked appropriately and very clean. Our GPS showed two locations for this address, so I advise you to use the location that indicates The Ledges.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We loved staying at this condo! A few minor issues after we checked in, but they were quickly resolved by our Guest Contact. The owner even called to make sure everything was ok. This was a girls trip and we had a fabulous time. Great seating in the living room, the deck was nice and big with lots of seating and a great view of the lake. Electric grill was awesome. Very convenient to the beach and one of the the pools. Loved having to only walk up a short flight of stairs to our condo. Close to Dog Days Restaurant and Redhead Lakeside Grill. Would recommend both. Can’t go wrong with this condo! PSA bring bags of ice, condos in this complex are not allowed to have ice makers.

Stayed Sep 6, 2023The property was fine but the condo we rented desperately needed cleaned. It looked like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. One of the bed spreads had food stuck to it and the blankets were the same. The rugs need washed. The couch has a ripped cushion. The carpet needs replaced. Also, there needs to be more than 6 towels for a 3 BR apartment.

Stayed Aug 16, 2023Unit was fairly clean except for carpet that is beat up. Blinds in master bedroom was missing a few pieces, so early morning sun came in and woke us up. Family room is not set up very well to watch the big TV. No cable in the bedrooms made those TVs not usable, which was a problem. Location of unit with proximity to beach and pools is not great. Showers did not have bath mats, which made them a hazard. Slipped getting out the first day and fortunately avoided seriously injury. Management company was nice enough to send up bath mats the next day. Kitchen was nice with lots of utensils. No dining room table turned out be more of a problem than we thought, though eating on the deck was nice until it got too hot.
