Excellent !! The grounds were nice and clean, easy access to the beach!! The private beach was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we came into the condo I started noticing items that were not working properly or broken. The master bathroom bathtub was not draining, the window in the living room could not be shut all the way, stove tops were uneven and popped out of place, the internet was not working (the network name and the password that we were given did not even exist),and to top it all off the kitchen was infested in the cockroaches! Before we went to sleep the very first night they started coming out and then in the middle of a night when I got up to get some water from the kitchen the bugs were all over the floor running! I could not even sleep comfortably, and I was afraid that the bugs were going to crawl on us. Since it was Sunday and the office was closed when we got there I went to the office the following morning and an employee at the office took the notes of everything and told me that a Maintenace man woudl take care of everything that day. As the day was coming to an end I called the office to find out why nothing was done and the girl at the front office informed me that they had other emergencies and that our issues were not as urgent and they were treating everything likea triage! And, she told me once again that they would have someone come that day which never happened! I called again the following day and I addressed the internet and the other issues mentioned above. The response was the internet was free and I was not being charged for the internet!!!1 The internet was advertised as a part of amenities. I called the office again on the third day of our stay and everything was noted once again. Then, I was told to give them the network name and password and then informed that the information was never updated. A different girl who answered the phone was able to give me the info over the phone while previous persons told me that a Maintenace man has to come and re set the router! I'm very disappointed with this condo and the experience. I will never stay there!

The guest toilet was plugged on arrival, the flush handle broke on the master toilet, 2 of the deck chairs were not usable due to the seats being ripped out, screen door on the slider had a huge hole in it, smoke detector missing in the guest bedroom,the whole unit is in need of maintenance. I will stay with Sandpiper again but not in this unit.

With the security building close by as well, I felt perfectly safe here as an older single woman. The condo has been beautifully maintained and very clean. If the owner is looking at future upgrades, it would be wonderful if the bedrooms had flooring other than carpet. Please never remove the Liveoak tree outside this condo. It so added to my experience of the natural beauty of this destination. I’m back next winter for another 2.5 month stay!

The beds and seating are the most important things to us in a long stay. Having all we need to cook with is. Updated appliances and good taste abound here. Everything is close.

Love the location, on the beach, near all the Destin attractions but usually quiet and secluded.Don't let the golf course fool you -- it's real short, but it's real tricky.

Would definitely recommend, only had small issues like some lights not working but overall an amazing place and amazing experience!
