The condo was nice and comfortable. The patio was tiny, but had an incredible view. The beach is cute, very small, but worked great for us. The pool is huge and beautiful.

Just as advertised. Very clean, updated, great appliances, great stay!!

Great location and property.

The condo was very clean and in a great location within the complex (right by the pool, a short walk to the beach area, and a perfect view out the window). As someone who likes to have everything for a trip organized in advance, I wish the host had responded sooner to a message I had sent a couple of days before our check-in date making sure we were all set. I understand not getting the code and things like that until the day of our stay, but just a message saying we were confirmed and we'd hear more soon would have been nice. We would definitely stay again, though, and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Place is clean but the light in shower flickers till it warms up and it messes with your balance. Also the front door could use blackout and bedroom window because the lights from the outside of condo is way to bright. The toilet also didn't flush correct and had to wiggle the fill valve to get it to fill up.

We loved it! We were in building 3 and we had friends staying in building 2. When they saw our room, they were AMAZED at how nice it was. Thier room was outdated and lacked personality. Our room and appliances were updated, it had crisp AC, and it was very clean! We'll be staying with y'all again soon! Thank you!!

Just as listed, super clean, great view, quiet place. Comfy bed and furniture, nice kitchen, easy access to all of the Keys. Would definitely stay again.

The pool is a good size and directly across from the building. The place was clean and shiny.. cabinets are half falling apart so be careful opening doors. All utensils needed were there.. balcony was under construction.. it’s smaller than I thought as well but would have been nice to have a coffee on the balcony… but maybe next time… Staff on site was friendly, and helpful when suggesting nearby places. Overall a good experience.

Property was great. The condo was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant at the end of the property. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view was incredible every day!!! We were diving in Tavernier so this location was awesome. Check in at the gate was easy to get the parking pass. Definitely will stay here again in the future. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and we were able to get in the door with no issues. We had no problems on our stay.

Great unit, nicely renovated and a good weekend!

Very clean, everything works well and access is very easy. We were at a wedding so we did not cook there but kitchen had what was needed. Very nice view out the porch door. Great to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom but if I had any advice for owners, I would replace it because it works well but run a little noisy. We had a great stay with no problems.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was immaculately clean and had a cozy, welcoming feel. The view was spectacular, offering a serene and beautiful backdrop. We had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfy furniture, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend!

Very nice

This is a clean, well equipped property with an amazing view. The only issue is that the property is so well lit at night, its impossible to get the bedroom dark. If you are someone who needs it dark to sleep this is not the place for you.

The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfy and view was great. All comunication with owner was easy and he responded promptly.

Condo was beautifully decorated,, however there r fee cabinets about to fall of hinfe , one cabinet foor id missing,, front door hsndke is very loose, there was no toilet paper holder to put toilet paper on,, I would recommend repairs n aldo leaving more than one garbage bag

We had a wonderful stay. The view was spectacular and the space was beautifully updated. The resort pool was a big hit with our kids and it was a warm and friendly community. Definitely recommend!

Nice amenities, loved the view and the beach. Very clean and everything we needed.

The property was beautiful and just as listed. The pool and grounds were great. Some items were not stocked and we had to buy, such as bathroom hand soap, extra toilet paper and dryer sheets. On our last day, the AC stopped working and it was up to 76 in there all day and night. I asked the manager if we could be discounted for the last day, and no response on that.

Our stay was wonderful.  This condo's location is great.  The view from the balcony is great for both sunrise and sunset.  The accommodations far exceed many that we have stayed in..  The decor is  welcoming and peaceful.  Highly recommend!

Easy access to beach, enjoyed the pool! Quick drive to a variety of restaurants and activities nearby.

We don’t have any complaints about the accuracy of the listing or the property itself. Overall the description was true and the stay was comfortable. However, our check in process and customer care was below satisfactory. The door lock operated on a simple door code. We followed the instructions but the door wouldn’t unlock. We tried the door lock for over an hour, all while continuing to call the property owner without any response. For reference, we are a couple in our 30s who work in tech. This was not a user error issue. The door code was either incorrect or the lock was faulty. We ended up having to stay in a hotel that first night since we were unable to reach the property owner. When the owner contacted us the next morning, he was largely unapologetic and insinuated that we just weren’t entering the code correctly. We sent him multiple videos of us entering the door code so he could tell us what we were doing wrong, a response was never provided. In addition to the lack of responsibility or apology, we were charged for that first night of “stay”. Ultimately, the door code never ended up working for the entirety of our stay. The owner had to tell us where a key was hidden and we used that instead. A little bit of customer care would have made a better impression but in a world of many options, I’d recommend taking another option.

This is a wonderful condo with great amenities throughout the complex (pool, beach, pier with tiki hut). The unit was updated and very clean. The patio is perfect for morning sunrises & evening sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Came down to the keys for a friend’s wedding and stayed for 4 nights. Condo was wonderful - clean, very updated, had everything we needed, and had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Would 100% stay again!
