Relax at this clean 3/2 townhouse- 3 min to Beach Acc#24 w/pool,pickle,play area

The kitchen is fully stocked. Cleanliness is exceptional. 2nd stay for us and jope to return. We stayed in Dec so did not use the pool.Close to beach and restaurants.Immediate responses from owners.

Very easy communication with the Host. Location was amazing just steps from the beach. The beds were super comfortable. Very clean and relaxing.

Condo was just a short walking distance from the beach. We were able to go for early morning walks and also evening walks along the beach. Condo was well stocked and maintained beautifully. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We spent Memorial Day Weekend. The condo was very clean and equipped. We had air conditioner issues the first night, the owners addressed immediately, and while we had a few hours to wait for it to get fixed, the property manager came as well as a AC Service company and got it working so we could sleep comfortably. The owners stayed in touch with us until unit was fixed.Great location, lovely stay overall!

Loved the property, warm, cozy, comfortable. Loved the closeness to the beach and having mainly everything at the condo. Easy to deal with the owners, they seem so friendly and nice.

This place was better than expected. First of all, the communication with the owner was excellent. Even gave us some great recommendations for places to eat & have coffee. It was very clean, nicely decorated, super easy accessibility to the beach, nice swimming pool area, ample space in each of the bedrooms & bathrooms and overall excellent spot for relaxing. The parking was easy & the condo is in a spot that is quiet. We would most definitely stay here again.

Nice roomy, comfy unit, skort walk to beach. Shady, treeand grassy grounds, free parking, close to shops etc. Owners very friendly and helpful, east communication.

So quiet and peaceful at Amelia Island in November. The weather was perfect. Location was fabulous - short walk to the beach. The unit was the right size for six people - would most definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable condo, with everything you need in the kitchen! Just take your food and everything else is there! Excellent variety of pots, pans and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the quietness of the location and all the trees in the complex! This was our annual 'granny's trip' and my sisters and I throughly enjoyed our stay!

Close to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the condo was just amazing. And the pool was such a welcome relief from the beach and the grandkids loced it. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.

It was just a 4 minute walk from door to sand. Communication with owners was great. Neighborhood was very quiet. My only critique was the furniture - the living room sofa was not very comfortable but most sleeper sofas are like that; the recliners might be on their last legs; and the master bed was very soft (which is not my preference)

We enjoyed this condo which is close to the beach and to many stores and restaurants in Fernandina. Unfortunately, we had some days of bad weather but the condo was a comfortable place to stay in through the storm while we watched the Olympics and played games. The downstairs bed was very comfortable but the upstairs mattresses a little less so for our adult daughters. We had some kitchen plumbing problems that we reported but were unable to be resolved before we left which made it difficult to use the kitchen the last couple of days. The pool and tennis courts are also very nice in this condo.
