    Great location, you can easily walk to the club house restaurant, golf and the club pool that has h20 aerobics. The condo pool is just steps away and when the weather is clear you can see the ocean from the back lanai. Only thing that would have been good to know is that there was not a lot of leftover kitchen stuff like most places have. Just worth mentioning if you plan on cooking. I was glad I brought my travel seasonings.

    This is a very nice unit. We liked how it is close to the pool and the parking is right out front. The interior looks just like the pictures. We hope to rent this unit again. Waikoloa Village is a good spot for us because we don't like resort crowds or crowded beaches that are right on resorts. It is also a fairly central location - close to Kamuela and to the Hamakua Coast; not far from Kona; close to North Kohala. The KTA Market nearby is great. The pool in this unit is also very nice. The property manager is terrific and greeted us in person when we arrived.
