Stayed Jan 21, 2025Property was nice and had everything necessary for a good time. One recommendation is that maybe update the living room sofa as appears to be old and is a pull out sleeper and was very uncomfortable. Other than that all was great.

Stayed Jan 27, 2024We enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing 2 month vacation at this lovely, well maintained Regatta condo with all the comforts of home. We especially loved having breakfast every morning on the lanai which has a great view of Vanderbilt Bay and Gulf Shore Drive. We also saw dolphins in the Bay on several occasions. Most importantly, the owner, Anne, was always available and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We look forward to returning to this comfortable condo!

Stayed Jan 5, 2024We enjoyed staying at this spacious, well appointed condo! We had everything needed in the kitchen as well as the beach. The pool was uncrowded and heated. The beach was an easy five minute walk. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 19, 2023The condo at the Regatta was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was very clean and well maintained, and decorated very tastefully. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The owners were very responsive to all of our inquiries and got back to us very quickly. The Regatta complex as a whole was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. All in all a great place! Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This was our first stay in this particular unit and third overall at the Regatta. I was very pleased with the unit and host. This unit has its lanai facing the waterway which was great.

Stayed Mar 17, 2023If you are lucky enough to find this condo open rent it with confidence! It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner has all the beach gear ready for you including wagon, chairs and umbrella. The pools on property are lovely. The condo well appointed if you like to cook. Vanderbilt beach is beautiful, Anne is so responsive and easy to work with. This is a gem!
