The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, and, if desired, a coffee maker of your choice. The living room is spacious and modern, equipped with a Smart TV. It directly adjoins the fully fencedterrace and garden. There is ground-level access via the terrace. A new pellet stove creates a wonderful ambiance, romantic fire, and cozy warmth with little effort. Pellets can be purchased from us. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, are completely new, and modern. One of them additionally has an infrared heater and a bathtub.
