IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.



Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment.



Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.

    Very clean, beautifully maintained. Amazing equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and our boat right in front of our condo. This was one of our best vacations yet.

    This is our second stay at this property and we loved it as much as the first. Clean, quiet and well-appointed for our week's stay. Just two small observations: two extra rolls of toilet paper would be helpful, and perhaps this is not a problem at all - we didn't touch the thermostat all week, and hope we set it properly as requested in the checkout documents. We did notice that when the air conditioning did come on, it made considerable noise, but this may be normal. We wanted to let you know so as to minimize any downtime for the unit for subsequent renters. Overall, this apartment is quite comfortable, and we look forward to staying here again!

    My wife and I stayed here for a vacation in April as our first time visiting the Keys. The condo was clean and as described upon entering. Check in was easy, property is very close to the beach and located on a quiet street. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The pool was great for hanging out on property for the day and the balcony was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or just sit outside any time of the day. We would return

    This is our third stay at Coco Plum Terrace. We stayed in a different unit this year and we were very happy. It was nice having a dish washer. The condo was clean, The kitchen had all the kitchen equipment you would need. The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature. The location is perfect .

    We loved Reel Escape 2 near Coco Plum Beach! Spacious, incredibly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well-appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were a number of extra towels if needed. Huge walk-in closet and a large number of hangers. Living room and bar counter were very spacious and comfortable. Laundry facilities were clean and so handy! A little too chilly to swim, but the pool looked inviting anyway. The property also has a lovely seating area near the water and boat slip, which we did not use. In a residential area, the condo was very quiet at night. We would stay there again!

    My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bed and the amenities were perfect for our week away from the cold. Great location and lots to do nearby. We also enjoyed staying in the condo and using the pool too. Highly recommend and hope to return. Tina was was very helpful.
