We had a great stay at Mary's place. Great location to downtown and Ve ice and the Saturday market. The pool and beach were within steps of the condo. It was a great vacation.

We had a lovely vacation. The condo is perfect. We loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunset. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the room darkening cutains were great too. The new leather recliners were so comfortable. The owner responded right away with any questions we had. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Anyone that books this property will have the vacation of their life!! Simply perfection!!

Great place. Very roomy and clean. Stocked well with basic items and good kitchen supplies. The pool is nice and relaxing. The private beach access is perfect... Many a beautiful sunset. Location is central to everything on Venice.

Excellent location close to beach and town. Property manager was very helpful and available. Would not hesitate to stay again. Condominium was clean and as described with plenty of room.

We stayed at this lovely condo for 6 months while waiting on a villa being built. It’s a beautiful location at the beach, has a great pool, assigned parking under roof, and well equipped with everything you need to live. Mary, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend it!

We were so happy that the owner provided extras of the products that are used. There were extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc. Normally, we have to run to the store to stock up immediately to replenish what is provided in the rental. This host took into account all of our needs and it was greatly appreciated. The new furniture with built in recliners in the living room was so comfy. There was more than enough storage in closets and dressers to unpack suitcases. Even though the condo was built in the 1960's, the property was well maintained and updated. The grounds of the property are immaculate. The location of this property on the beach makes it very desirable for vacationing. In addition, it is close to many great restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The only criticism to offer is the thread count on the sheets. I am very picky and buy high thread count sheets. Overall, we had a wonderful month enjoying the amenities and other guests.

This description doesn't really explain how nice this place is. Pictures are exactly as the condo looks, but can't show the extent of the actual square footage. It was very lovely. The pool was wonderful, we visited for the month of October/20, and the 28 unit complex was never more than half fun and we usually had the pool area to ourselves. Allowed me to do many laps and exercises. At first, we thought the access to the beach was a little weird, you have to walk through half the parking lot to access the path to the beach, but it was really no biggie. Nice outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the condo. Coin op laundry was right outside the door and the facilities worked great. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Ceiling fans in all rooms except the kitchen, but the pass thru window to the dining/living area allowed the air to circulate. We loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice property, well kept. Excellent location, convenient beach access. Easy walk to downtown Venice.
