So close to the lake you can hear the water lapping at the shore and the loons calling at night. Enjoy the fantastic lake views with mountain backdrop for your unbelievable sunsets. There are 4 bedrooms, one w office, full kitchen, laundry room, and a large living/dining room. The enclosed porch is fantastic to sit back, relax and enjoy the lake. The shared 400ft beach is just a short walk.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Property was perfect for our needs It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was ideal. Our host Fernando even let us check in a few hours early which was very helpful since we were in Bristol for a family wedding. I would definitely stay in this property again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This condo is built into a hill overlooking Newfound Lake. The views are fantastic, especially at sunset as it faces west. The condo is well appointed and does not lack for anything. It has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and TVs in 3 rooms. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing time in the Newfound Lake area.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025outstanding, we always go above and beyond when we rent, if the owners leave cleaning tools and supplies, we always treat this like our home and leave it as we would have our place.....all that's ever needed when we leave is just a walk through for the cleaners

Stayed May 24, 2025Everything we needed. I loved the master bedroom and full bath on the first floor. Large living and dining area. The view of the lake is spectacular with beautiful sunsets. The host couldn't help the weather, but we enjoyed the rental. The grandkids made every puzzle available & we enjoyed board games. Quiet location, close to stores and quaint Bristol village.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Th property was great. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. We enjoyed the location for a wedding on frozen Newfound Lake. Perfect location and close to everything we needed. Will need to plan for summer!
