The place was clean, host communicated throughout the process and provided updates as needed and was very responsive. The room did have a beautiful ocean view/ beach view. Easy access to all that around within walking distance, which was great for us as we did not have a vehicle.

Location was perfect. Beds comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs available. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom upgrades were great. Wifi was a little spotty so we had trouble connecting our devices and using apps. Jerry was very responsive in helping with the wifi, but the signal was still weak. Great stay. We would come back.

Immaculate and spacious beachfront unit with expansive view of beach, ocean, and pier. Beautiful, private balcony. Walkable to several restaurants and shops. We loved it!

Do not hesitate even for a moment to book this place. 5 stars!The ocean view. The sounds. The extremely simple and easy access to the beach and pier. Sitting on the balcony in the sun. Seeing the sun rise each day. Watching the tide come in and out. Seeing the morning and evening fog. Ease of carts and elevators for easy loading and unloading.

We had an email before our arrival giving us all the check-in information, which was great! Clean, roomy, nicely redecorated.

Beautiful, peaceful place to relax with unobstructed views of the ocean. It was a home away from home with everything we could have needed or wanted. We didn't want to leave! Excellent hosts.

The property was spotless and even decorated for the holidays, which was a welcoming touch. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was very comfortable. Of course the view was spectacular!

This was easily the most beautiful condo I've ever stayed in! Gorgeous views, huge balcony, tons of space inside. Washer, dryer, full kitchen... we were in heaven. It was our first trip to Folly and we enjoyed every second. The condo is perfect walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be back

The condo is nicely renovated and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are only 2 small things that would improve this great condo, more hangers and a full length mirror.

Fantastic Condo, Stunning views and close to everything!Our Mother/Daughter trip could not have been more enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mom's had their own bed/bathrooms and we took the room with two twins and our own private bath. Perfect set up.We contacted the owner when the coffee maker wouldn't work and he immediately sent over a brand new one. We are already looking at staying again next year. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!

We had an amazing stay here, so much so that we even booked an extra night! This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. We had a small hiccup with the parking passes not being there when we arrived (due to a fill in cleaning crew), but Jerry quickly responded and advised us on what to do to handle the situation. The location was perfect, just far enough out of town to not have to deal with any traffic, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were facing the ocean, while also having access to two different pools. Totally recommend and would love to stay here again.

We had the BEST stay here! The unit was amazing- spacious, spotless, fully stocked kitchen and all around perfect! You can’t beat the location and the views. We could walk to all the restaurants and bars, and have the ocean and pool right there! We can’t wait to stay here again next year :) Thank you, Jerry!

The condo is in a perfect location—close to just about everything you’d want to do in Folly. The view was absolutely amazing, and we truly enjoyed our week there!

Great condo beautiful beach and pools. Walk to everything!

We had a great time! The condo was clean and orderly. We stayed here several years ago and liked that condo better - closer to the elevator and beachy decor. This time only 2 bath towels per bathroom, no bath mat, no tub mat - it's very slick, the tv remotes are a little hard to navigate.

We have stayed at these condos for many years now. We love the location & the downtown Folly Beach. Worth every penny you will spend.

The condo was clean and fully equipped with all we needed. It was big enough for 3 adult couples and the owner was available for texting with me about an elevator issue.
