Recently remodeled Condo walk to Beach, Coligny, Dining and Entertainment !

Bed on the 3rd floor was very soft. The third floor bathroom was in need of repairs &/or cleaning. Carpets were old and retained an odor. Very small kitchen. Convenient location.

The property was in a great location. You could easily walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is a wonderful ground floor unit with easy access to both pools. I would highly recommend the property. It does have a great feature of a second tv area adjacent to the second bedroom and bath that can be closed off should you have a second couple or children. I do have one complaint. The bike policy was not clear until arrival at the property. Bikes must be stored outside on a bike rack at the outside edge of the parking lot. As someone who has expensive bikes this was a significant issue and would prevent us from renting the property a second time.

The property was exactly as described and the property manager was extremely responsive to our questions. The condo was well laid out, providing plenty of space to spread out and was within convenient walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bike rental. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved this first floor unit. We were steps away from the outdoor pool through the sliding glass door and steps away from the hot tub and indoor pool through the front door. The unit had two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Newly remodeled. Lots of beach gear to use. Our only complaint was getting into the unit. We arrived at 1:00am, Hilton Head is very dark and hard to find your way. We fumbled with the instructions to get the key fob to open the lobby door. ONCE we were in I couldn’t get the door to unlock. Finally did after 10 tries. For an odd reason, I had to enter the code twice during most attempts. Once we had our bearings, we really enjoyed our stay. Will Definately stay at Ocean Walk again.

The condo was well stocked and very convenient to everything. Right outside our front door was the indoor hot tub which was wonderful! The outdoor pool was right outside our back door. The pickleball courts were just on the other side of the outdoor pool. We used the hot tub and the pickleball courts. We also enjoyed using the wagon to transport the beach chairs to the beach. It rained quite a bit while we were there but it was all good because the condo was so nice.We had an issue with the bed and it was corrected within a few hours. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The overall experience was amazing!

Our stay was amazing. It was our first time doing a long term stay and it far exceeded our expectations. The host, the property manager and the place itself had everything we needed and more. The pools were great for our grandkids and the location couldn’t have been better.

We had a great stay, the condo was super clean and well stocked with necessities. The walk to the beach we fairly easy and only took 5-10 minutes. Having the extra living room was perfect with having teenagers they had their own space to relax as well. So many great restaurants that you can walk to or it’s a quick drive. Definitely loved the tiki hut to watch sunset,

Very well stocked kitchen! We appreciated the complementary toiletries too. The showers were very nice with great shower heads.

I loved this property. It has a private entrance for the second bedroom. Walking distance of the pool, to the beach, and to Coligny Plaza. The outdoor pool is right out the back door. The indoor pool is right out the front door. The place was clean. The shower is the bomb! The kitchen was very equipped. The people that stayed/lived in the building was so nice. Quiet. Convenient. I will definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful condo as far as room, location, noise level, comfort, and amenities. First, it was exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh. Layout was nice with a small separate living area before the 2 queen bedroom and bathroom. We have a food allergy and had to cook most of our food, and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was right outside our door, but everyone vacated by dark per pool rules, so no noise from the pool at night. Indoor pool was being renovated. Beach access was a very a short walk! Owner was incredibly responsive to questions. Excellent place to stay!

Outdoor pool closed and construction ongoing outside back patio. Unit is located right beside indoor pool, so definitely hear noise if people are swimming. Otherwise good location to biking and beach, and nice interior of unit.

This condo was perfect for us. The floor plan provided privacy for each couple, while at the same time the common space (living room, dining room and kitchen) were great for gathering together. The proximity to beach, restaurants and grocery store

Wonderful location, very clean, and plenty of space! There is a pool /hot tub outside the front door- very convenient and it was used a lot! It was too cold for the outside pool, but it was just out the back door.

Things we loved: the condo was very clean. The remodel was well done and they provided just about anything you would need to use the kitchen. We appreciated the Keurig and dishwasher. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, along with hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. That was perfect for our 5 night stay. They also provided extra trash bags, a roll of paper towels and a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods. Very nice gesture. The washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Two separate living areas came in handy and the bedrooms being apart was nice. I loved that it was showers and not bathtubs. This unit being on the ground floor was great. The beds were comfortable. The beach was a .4 mile walk each way. Nice trails on the island to walk safely. Things we didn’t like. We had a little trouble figuring out the instructions on getting the keys, but then figured it out. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed for painting for 6 weeks, which we didn’t know was happening when we booked, but the outdoor pool was open and nice. I would recommend this rental.

Wonderfully renovated. Nice clean had everything you need. Only downside, the inside pool was closed for renovation (no fault of host)
