View View View! and very quiet and cordial place to stay.

Great view from this studio condo, it is stretching the truth to call it a one bedroom. Furniture and amenities are dated and worn, but clean. No dishwasher in the condo. I had to argue with the manager to get a second key so my wife and I might be able to do two different things and return to the condo independently. While we did enjoy the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club, we would look for a true one or two bedroom, not a studio. We would also confirm that the condo has been updated..

Rental was very clean. View was amazing. Great location. Dolphins were plentiful especially when shrimp boat arrived.

Absolutely loved our stay. Condo is exactly as pictured view from the balcony is also quite nice. Keep in mind that the trees in the dunes have grown substantially since the pictures in the listing were taken. Still a gorgeous view, but something to make note of. We loved our daily walks on the beach and going back down for sunset.

The property was very accurately described. It was perfect for a couples get away. The view was so beautiful, and we saw dolphins every day. Everything you need is provided, even things I didn’t expect like insect repellent ( which we needed one evening sitting on the balcony). We enjoyed the week and would love to come back!

Exactly as described, great view of the ocean and dolphins seen from the balcony every day! Just enough room for a couple’s trip. Very walkable area. TVs a little dated but much more to better spend time on. Condo was neat and clean.

In town for a wedding. Check in process was a little difficult for us in the dark. If it would be possible to add some lighting in the lockbox area that would be great! We really enjoyed the room and the view. We were provided all the check in info that we needed. However, checking in after dark is confusing . Not sure if more lighting would be allowed or not, but it would be helpful. Disappointed that dolphins did not show up. I wonder if they have seasons when they are active. Bottom line, we really enjoyed the visit and would love to visit again.

This property is perfect and just as described. The bed was comfy, the place was spotless and the views of the ocean - AMAZING! We received an email a few days prior to check in with clear instructions on both check-in & check-out. Book this property today - you won't be disappointed!

Nice condo on the inlet. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen, but for the few days we were there, it wasn't a big deal. quiet and peaceful!

Good for a quiet get away

We had a lovely stay at this riverfront beach condo. We enjoyed the quiet side of Tybee Island. The lighthouse is not far away, and the pier and its downtown area is a short drive. Delicious seafood in the area and Savannah is only a 25 minute drive away, which is nice and close. We really enjoyed exploring the city. The condo could use some upgrades, it certainly has been well used by many guests over the years. It is also quite small. However , the view is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the beach since we were blessed with warm days. We did see people using the pool, too. It is a quiet part of the island with containers ships going by and we were lucky to spot dolphins. Overall, for what we spent on this stay, it was worth the money.

The location was wonderful. View from the balcony was amazing. The condo was welcoming and felt like home away from home. Very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need while there.

Host was welcoming and everything was in great shape

The building and out in the hallway of the building is like a 3rd world country! To say it was run down is an understatement! The inside of the condo was decent enough until we found a still kicking cockroach on the floor and another huge one in the toilet! We packed our things up and left immediately and booked a hotel in Savannah downtown which is what I will just do from now on! I have zero faith in anymore VRBO after this. The host just made up excuses that it was some tree bug that got in. They did a fabulous job of selling the listing with limited photos! Could have at least refunded part of my rental payment

This condo was great! The listing was exactly as described. The view was amazing! We watched ships and dolphins from the balcony. A great place to stay! I would definitely recommend this place.

We stay at this property every year and it never disappoints

The host was very accommodating. The condo is beginning to need a bit of maintenance. The electrical outlets are loose and some plugs were not secure.

We had a wonderful time when we needed help finding the key the host was very helpful and giving us directions and where they were located. It’s a beautiful location. We watched the ships come in and out and the dolphins playing in the water.

The location is perfect. We watched the dolphins the first day we were there, but the rest of the 5 days we were there it was really windy and rainy. It would be nice if the trees/greenery could be trimmed down a bit so you could see the beach better. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends.

Perfect location with ocean view, dolphin-watching, and sunsets. Room was well-stocked and check-in was easy. Very chill north island vibe with food and spirits just a small block away. Hope to get this exact same room again in the future. Very peaceful.

Very clean, super comfortable, and relaxing

The husband and I had a great time at this property. It was relaxing watching the dolphins play and seeing the container ships traveling back and forth The view of the waterfront was exceptional with great views of the sunset. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a rental place and the amenites were up to par.

Location, location, location!!!!

We really enjoyed the beautiful sunset views and watching the dolphins, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The vacuum did not work properly and actually blew dust around. There was sand on the floor when we arrived, and we also found dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinet, so we had to rewash what should have been clean. Additionally, the front door only has a push lock, which feels insecure, and there was no safe available for valuables. While there is a deadbolt on the door, we were not provided with a key for it. Overall pleasant views just disappointed with no response from host to check in or out late or room plus you are charged a cleaning fee but you arrive to a room not cleaned 100%

This property 310B, was just what my wife and I needed. The property was just as advertised with incredible views of the ocean and dolphins. We saw dolphins every time we sat on the balcony. The host was so awesome to work with and very responsive with some of my last minute requests. I would definitely recommend.

Condo location was on river side of Tybee Island far enough north to escape crowded beaches. Lots of dolphins jumping, shrimp boat and cargo ship traffic. Restaurant selection was great. Spring is better than summer for a visit as July was HOT and humid and it’s crowded when school gets out. We enjoyed it!!

We stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice and well kept. The view from the balcony was beautiful but I would not say it was completely unobstructed. To the left and straight ahead there were trees that could not be seen over when sitting down. However, standing and to the left were stunning views and daily dolphin sightings. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time and the views were amazing. The condo is outdated and the room needs updated but we still enjoyed our time.

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean, container ships and dolphins daily. Much quieter than most beach condos we have visited.The north beach is the place to be if you like a peaceful setting that is convenient to restaurants and only 20 minutes to Savannah.The kitchen provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved the unit and enjoyed our time there in spite of the rain. The view is fabulous, except that the trees and bushes in front have grown to the point that they block some of the view of the beach. The description listed a regular coffee maker in the bedroom closet, but we couldn't find one. The only other negative was that the entrance gate was open the entire time we were there. Overall, a fantastic vacation.

Great stay. The only down side is the noise of the AC units on the roof when you are in the bedroom.

Location of condo is great. Walked to some places and paid for parking at other times. Front door deadbolt didn't work. Water pressure is low, toilet flushes slowly, fan didn't work in bathroom.

Condo clean and as described. Building and condo itself is in need of updating. Had some issues with water bugs getting into our bath towels, which was a little disconcerting. Very quiet and peaceful vacation.

Reliable reviews and this place does not disappoint. Owner is responsive and helpful. Place is quiet (especially this week — winter storm front stayed almost a week). Lots of water bird species represented here and we saw dolphins nearly every day. Great ship watching.

We celebrated our anniversary in this peaceful oasis. It was just as described and the owner’s instructions were so detailed and clear resulting in us not having to contact them. Will definitely come back.

We ended up having a blast! We nonetheless got there and walked on the balcony and there were 8 dolphins! The place was very clean and Debra gave us all the information we needed.
