Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Close to grocery and Folly Beach, just a short drive away. The stairs are no joke.

Beautiful location. Unfortunately my stay landed right after a terrible one in 10 year snow storm so wasn't able to get out and about as much as i would have liked. Only improvement I can think of is cookware need stocking and potential update. The stairs are no joke but very doable

Great condo for weekend getaway. Condo was.clean and had large balcony overlooking river and creek. Grocery store and Folly Beach downtown slighty over a mile away. Quite a few steps upstairs to condo, but owner makes you fully aware. Would come back a stay again.

It is a very nice 3rd floor property. It had everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs, iron, towels, umbrella , dishes, utensils, etc

This was a great pick, especially for the price. We have two older kids and we are getting a little tired of 4 people in one hotel room sharing one bathroom. This place gave us a kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, a balcony, and privacy for all. It's very cute and comfortable. But, more than 4 people might be tight. There are two couches and one dining table that fits four. Still better than a hotel room at a similar cost. The only thing you're not getting, versus a hotel at the beach, is easy access and views to the ocean. But, it does have a nice view of the creeks and marsh/swamp? Not sure what it was. But it was pretty. She also provides towels, kitchen stuff like pots and pans, beach chairs, and an umbrella. But, look in every closet! I didn't think to look in my daughters' closet and didn't know there was a beach umbrella to use. Our fault there. One tip: if you're there for the beach, especially during summer, go to the beach early. By 9:30am. Parking is horrible at Folly Beach. It's $20 for most places. $10 if you're early at the Pier. Also, this location gives you a view of the only road into the beach area. We got back from the beach at 2pm one day, and you could see the line of cars stretching probably a mile back. It's a very popular beach with a very small road to get to it. Plan early! It's too far to walk if you're carrying beach gear.

The condo was very clean and only 1.6 miles from the beach. What made it stand out even more was how quickly the owner responded to emails regarding the stay. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is key! We stayed as a family of 3, although our son came by from The Citadel in the evenings to hang out. He’s 20 and with the 4 of us, it was a little snug, but for 3 of us, it was perfect. The view is beautiful and the proximity to Folly and downtown Charleston was ideal. There are a lot of stairs, but to get that view, you’d have to have a lot of stairs! Communication was amazing, and so appreciated! I highly recommend for a couple or small family!

It was a quiet place that was nice. Overall we had a good stay and w o uld recommend it.

The condo was spotless and very easy to find. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The sunsets each evening were breathtaking!

We had a great stay. Check-in was effortless and the property had everything we needed. I cooked every meal in, and the kitchen has everything I reached for.

Great location for our trip! Property was clean, nicely furnished, and updated. Was fully warned about the four flights of stairs to get to the property. We will stay here if ever in the area.

this property is honestly very underrated from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice how amazing the view is, and how clean everything is inside. The AC worked really well during 90 degrees weather.you’re about a five minute drive from the beach, Folly Beach, and then 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. on the weekends traffic can be a little bit much getting into the beach, but since you’re so close, it’s not bad at all, maybe adds an extra 5 mins.The host were extremely kind and very good at communicating.

You assume 1A is on the ground floor or first floor... The unit was on the 4th floor! It had 44 steps and over 8 flights of stairs!!! NO ELEVATOR! NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE... I am 70 years old and have had 5 knee surgeries and a Left Total Knee. My sister-in-law is 75 years old and uses a cane... Needless to say, we didn't bring our luggage or cooler up to the 4th floor... We only brought a few essential items. The stairs also had a type of moss from the trees that made them slippery, so you had to brush it aside. The unit is back up against the main road and the traffic was very loud. The condo was nicely decorated, but cheaply built and had cobwebs... Due it's location on 4th floor. I wouldn't recommend it for people with young children, disabled adults, or the elderly. If I hadn't already paid for it- I would have cancelled and attempted to find lodging somewhere else. My companion and I were VERY CAREFUL going up and down the stairs only once per day. I am sorry, we didn't take the trash out, but we did good to just get ourselves down the stairs safely...t

I’m only giving this rental 3/5 because of the lack of detailed cleaning. Floors (even in bedrooms) were sticky/dirty, living room window smudged, refrig inside had crumbs, balcony full of pollen, washer/dryer cabinet with lots of dust/lint on floor, porch roofing end is loose. Condo needs upgrading. The sunset view (3 flights up) is great, though.

We were in town for a quick week vacation for a friend's wedding. This listing was perfect in terms of size and location. Very cleanly and true to the listing. We hope to enjoy this rental again soon!

Came for a long weekend for SEWE, it was a seamless check in and was perfect for our family.A very quick drive to Folly Beach and easy to drive into downtown.We would happily stay here again.

This was a working vacation and everything was good.

It was a really cozy department, really close from main activities.

this is an amazing home with great views of the lake. We came here for a couple of days to celebrate my son graduating from boot Camp.

The water in the master tub leaked nonstop. The place seemed like it was on the beach but in fact on marshes.

Check-in was easy and the location was perfect—convenient to Folly and Charleston. Everything was clean and well kept. Plan your trips up/down the stairs since there are plenty of them, but know that the view from the porch is worth it!

We had a wonderful time visiting family and this was the perfect location!! Breathtaking views and made me miss home like crazy! Very comfortable and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was as described! Comfy beds and perfect for long weekend girls get away. Nicely situated between downtown Charleston and Folly beach; we enjoyed both!
