Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bedroom is a TINY room with no closet. This is Not really a second bedroom. Anyone in that room would have to use the one dresser and closet in the other bedroom. If we were with another couple or kids I'd be livid. I'm giving stars based on everything but the closet for a bedroom.

It was a lovely place. We had a great view!!! We liked just sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves.

Parking was hassle free. View from balcony was amazing at sunset. Very easy access to beach and pool. Access to the golf cart to get to the village each evening was awesome (and an adventure) for me and my two young boys.

This place smelled terrible like mildew. My family left within the first two hours of our booking and did not return. Avoid this place. Picture is of mold on carpet. Host also found mold in A/C.

Condo is just as described. Fit for our family of 4 perfectly! Beautiful view! Loved the communication management company. We felt welcomed and had someone if something went awry.

This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

The location is great in that you have an upper level view of the beach. But, I want to help others bringing families to the condo. The spare bedroom with the bunk beds is VERY small and the beds are small and very tight for older children. You can not fit luggage in there. And you can not see the tv from the bed in the room based on how the bed is situated to the tv. Plus, the air in there doesn’t seem to work. Additionally, the doors in the place are all tight and make a loud noise to open and you will wake up your family when opening a door to use the restroom at night. I just want to help others to know the situation. The bed in the pull out sofa was full of sand. But it worked okay for our family for just a few days. However I don’t think we’d rent this unit again. It’s just too small for our family of 4. The manager was great to communicate with during our stay, although we didn’t need anything while there.

The building felt very safe with easy parking and elevator access. The pool being closed was no problem this time of year with access to the beach right out the door and down the walkway.The views are AMAZING but the condo itself is a little older and dated, it was perfect enough for our small group of 3 girls but I would say a bit tight for anything larger than a couple and 2 small children. The couch and bedroom furniture (squeaky bed) could use some updating and kitchen utensils were lacking or rather felt like a hodge podge of leftover pieces.There is a small closet with some beach supplies inside which would be good if you have small kids.An update to this condo to a little bit more modern would take this rental to the next level.Response from owners was excellent and felt it met our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is how packed the beach area was. We were required to wear bracelets while on the property but I very rarely saw bracelets that we had. It appears lots of people come to this location from other condos in the area causing the beach to be very tightly packed.

Property was great and Bette was very responsive with questions and made sure our stay was great.

Easy check-in, enjoyed our stay. Great for kids- no glass coffee tables, etc! Loved the golf cart bonus!
