Quiet Oceanfront Condo, 2 Bed / 2 Bath, Steps To The Beach

Even though the weather did not cooperate as much as hoped, the comfortable accommodations and lure of the beach more than made up for it. Was able to explore the area easily and made some great new friends. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in the neighbourhood.

The condo was well located for restaurants and needed shopping. It did require some concentration to find after dark, as there are a lot of high rises and few street lights. It was a little smaller than we were used to and could have used another chair or two. All in all we were quite happy.

I really enjoyed everything about this condo!!! I was staying here whike I worked in Ormond and it was great knowing I had a quiet comfortable place to relax after work. The owners were amazing to work with!

Two of us stayed in this second-story, 2-bedroom/2-full-bath, ocean-view condo for a month. The pool is nice, and beach access is directly across the street. Sunrises from the balcony are amazing, and just out the front door you can see great sunsets until the sun goes below the tree line. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need to make meals, etc. But the best part is that our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate every need. If we return to this area, we will stay here again!

Very straightforward check-in and check-out process. Frank and Laura were very friendly and communicative. Condo was well stocked with essentials and felt like a home away from home. The pool at the condo was quite nice and nothing beats going to sleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach.

My parents so enjoyed a month stay at this condo. My Mom was impressed by how clean the unit was and the location was as advertised. She said the unit had everything needed to make the stay very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again.

Before our check in date we rec'd a mass message from VRBO indicating that they were relaxing cancellation policies. You encouraged renters to contact the property owner. I did so and was met with an extremely understanding and accommodating owner in Fran. He provided full refund. I hope to be able to enjoy his property in the future. He couldn't have been a better host.
