Stayed Jun 22, 2024The condo was exactly as described. I’ve grown up staying at Silver Dunes & had a wonderful experience booking with Leslie! She allowed us to pay over time and was extremely helpful and responsive during the stay. I think we even paid a little less than booking directly through the complex. Unit was located on the first floor and right by the grills. The whole property is pretty small and when you rent chairs, you’re going to be front row of the water since it isn’t overcrowded. Short walk to the beach & very close to the pool! Corner unit right next to the tennis/pickle ball courts and parking readily available right nearby the unit. Small condo but perfect for a couple! Included everything needed in the kitchen, towels, coffee, and dish/laundry pods for washing. Having laundry in the unit was a plus!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Rented this condo for my boyfriends parents, which was perfect for 2 people. Modern updated. Loved the bathroom. Location was great. 1st floor. Very close to a lot of things to do. All within ten minutes. Bonus...waffle house, starbucks and chick-fil-a across the street. ?

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We walked in the property turn around left. The property was not as advertised, it smelled of cleaning solution, could not see the pool or beach, over priced for the size and accommodations. We requested a refund from the owner - she has not responded to our latest notice/request for a refund. We again asked for a full refund now from VRBO. The property was not as advertised.
