Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This was our third stay in this condo. It has been a retreat for our family and everything we need.

Wonderful place to stay! We’re from Gunnison, and this was our second time choosing this cabin while visiting family. It’s extremely clean, peaceful, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay had all the amenities inside the house that you would need. I forget to buy sugar but found some in the pantry! Was super excited, not to have to go back to the city market. We left our spices in the pantry to pay it forward. We stayed warm all night. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We had lots of towels and extra blankets.Comfortable great location in Gunnison. We will book again when we come back in January! Sidenote, you might want to buy some extra toilet paper. The only toilet paper was the ones on the rings and that ran out fast. I picked up an extra couple rolls from Safeway a minute away from the house. Besides that everything was perfect!

The reviews don’t do this place justice. A fully stocked Vrbo kitchen and so many homey touches. Immaculately clean, completely comfortable. The condo is in a safe tucked away neighborhood. You get a different (good) feel driving in. Loved it!

A perfect place to say when exploring Gunnison and Crested Butte. Place was exactly as described and sure conveniently located.

It's an amazing setup for two couples with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had what we needed - it was all well appointed. It's in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Truly delightful.

Quaint cabin in a quiet neighbor hood.This cabin was perfect for our fall break stay. It is very well maintained, stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, comfy beds, and close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodated our request to stay an extra evening.

We love staying in Gunnison! This property made it even better. Quiet are and very clean. It’s close to town and the river. We loved sitting by the pond in the back. Highly recommend this property for your Gunnison stay.

When we got there, welcomed by flock of ducks & ducklings in back yard. They were in the pond daily. Walking distance from the RV park where my friends were staying. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. All the comforts of home. Highly recommend & will be coming back.

Chicken was very easy description for the access code was very detailed. Love the location.

Quiet and clean but not enough toilet paper and to many signs about random stuff

The property was very clean and as advertised. The community is quiet and clean and the host responded quickly to any questions/requests that we had.

The space was comfortable and the area was quiet - even with it being 4th of July weekend! The home was well stocked with comforts and needed items! A very comfortable stay!

My son and I stayed for our annual fly fishing trip. The rental was perfect for us and convenient to Gunnison downtown.

The place was perfect for us, was very comfortable, and was in a great location. We ued the outdoor gas grill and enjoyes eating our neal on the picnic table in the carport.

We loved staying here! Very comfortable, beautiful setting and a perfect getaway for our family.

Quiet and Cozy is an accurate description. A short walk to downtown but away from the busy streets. The creek running past makes for great sleep with the windows open and the pond offers some surprising wildlife viewing. The beds are well above average for a rental.

Tommy was so communicative and the house was very inviting. Everything was super clean! Parking was a little tight (my husband has a huge diesel truck) but we made it work and everything else was super comfy :) Wifi worked great and location is super close to Main Street.

The property was very well laid out and nice amenities! The property owner was very responsive in his communication! We Will definitely stay here again in our travels to the area!

Cute neighborhood with a pond/stream in the back. Short walk to river. Cozy and comfortable beds.

The duplex was in a nice quiet area! We could walk to town!! It accommodated 6 of us quite well, although we were all family! There were 2 queen beds in one bedroom. If you are goi g to stay longer than a couple of night, bring your own bar of soap! I would highly recommend this place to stay in Gunnison!

Our cozy condo was awesome. The unit was Super clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Our host did a great job of communicating in advance helping make our entry very easy and convenient. While we were not in the unit very much the beds, bathrooms and living area were better than I expected. So often pictures look better than the actual unit but in this case the unit matched or was actually nicer than the pictures implied. Thank you for a very nice unit.

The condo was great. Very clean and spacious. It had everything you might need. The location was not really within walking distance to Main Street, but it was a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Woke up to a view of ducks on the water. Would highly recommend the condo.

We rate this property with a 10++++. Great location, easy walk to downtown Gunnison. This lovely home was clean and quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. The beds were super comfy. If/when we visit Gunnison again, this home will definitely be our go-to!
