Very clean and quiet condo

Clean, lack of communication on checking in and codes. Elevator code didn't work.We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs every time.When I asked for some assistance the operator said they are only in the office during the week.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is huge and was very clean. About a 15 min drive from downtown Nashville. Our only small complaint is that when they sent check in instructions, there was no access code and we arrived very late. Luckily they did answer the phone right away to give it to us. There is also no cleaning supplies other than some dish soap. Overall would recommend and would come back!!

Unfortunately, our booking was changed to another property. I would have preferred to have stayed here. Appreciated the prompt response and messaging from the management company. They were readily available with every message sent.

We absolutely LOVED this unit! It was outstandingly clean and so cute! Being on the top floor was amazing because there are no footsteps above you! The hosts were amazing, welcoming, and very responsive!! The beds and pillows were SO comfy which is so hard to come by in rentals sometimes! PLENTY of towels, toiletries (travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash), paper towels, and trash bags were provided, which we were so grateful for! The only thing I would point out was the shower water pressure was very low but that is a super minor thing and actually the only thing we noticed could potentially be better! Overall, we had no issues during our stay. It is very close to cute, local restaurants and bars- anywhere from 2-10 mins down Gallatin Pike. Our goal was to avoid Broadway for NYE, but we did go eat dinner downtown and it was a 15 min drive. So it’s super close to all the things and in a good, quiet location!

Overall, everything was excellent. A few items to note for feedback purposes:1. Elevator code didn’t work sometimes. 2. Master bath door doesn’t latch. 3. Road noise was noticeable.

Great location in Nashville, quite complex perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large, great kitchen. The only negative for the stay was the fact the elevator keypad didn’t work after 5pm on weekdays and not at all on weekends so we had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs when arriving/leaving as we were on the 3rd floor.

We love the place. However we did not have access to the elevator for 4 days. We finally got the correct code from another person staying there. This place is clean, well maintained, and a great location. This is our 4th time to stay here.

Loved it! Very comfortable space. Quiet, even though it was on a main street. It was a 10-20 minute drive to places we wanted to visit.

The place was very clean and very safe. A code is required to even go into the elevator. It is very well stocked with dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The bunk bed is a full over a full with a trundle under the bottom full. Two HUGE closets to have plenty of space to put your bags. I wish that I had taken pics. Very rare to find a place like this!!!!

Excellent communication with property manager.Very spacious, clean and as described on website, we had a positive experience and recommend staying here, close to Broadway, shopping, and restaurants.

The unit was clean, beds comfortable and overall nice. The furniture a bit run down. The elevator code didn't work outside so we needed to walk up 3 flights off stairs. The elevator has an unpleasant odor, as does the hallway.

Great apartment, perfect location… Great stay!

Rental was clean. Unit was quiet (we have young children with early bedtimes). Rooms were a good size with spacious closets to keep suitcases out of our way. Our kids loved the bunk bed. Everything we wanted to see or do was within a 20 min drive from the condo.

I would not book this unit again.The listing clearly stated that an elevator was available for guests, but it was out of service for the majority of our stay—with no advance notice and no resolution. What’s worse, the unit is on the third floor, which was not disclosed in the listing.This created a serious issue for us: my mom has health limitations and was unable to leave the unit because she physically couldn’t manage the stairs. It completely changed the experience of our trip.I reached out to the host, who told me the elevator was a shared amenity and therefore not their responsibility. While I understand that the building may manage the elevator, it was still listed as an included amenity—and that mattered when I made the booking.There was no offer of help, refund, or compensation for the inconvenience. If accessibility is important to you or your group, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolers…which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridge…it doesn’t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!

It was clean . Neighborhood is a little sketchy but I knew that going in and felt quite safe in the condo.

This is a very nice and well kept home. It’s located just a short distance from downtown and all of the other attractions we had on our list. The welcome package was very helpful in providing the essentials we needed. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nice for a quiet place to stay just outside Nashville. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a trundle bed. Many opportunities for sleeping options. Clean and well appointed.

Pros:-You need a code to call the elevator from downstairs. No code, no getting up to the apartments. -It’s 2 bedroom, but there was plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teens). -It was quiet, never heard any of the neighbors. -Plenty of food options in either direction of the apartment. -It’s about 15 minutes from Downtown, short 15 minutes though. Cons:-No washrags for showers. -Started running out of hot water by our 4th and 5th person taking showers, but easy fix is split showers, some at night some in the mornings. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great location. Safe location. Close to the attractions. Nice apartment exactly as advertised.

The communication with the host was very easy; we were given great instructions about how to access the condo, and the condo itself was fantastic! The layout was very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern, and it could not have been cleaner. The checkout instructions were sent to us a day ahead and were very easy to follow. I would not hesitate to book this location if you are going to the Opry or downtown Nashville as both were very accessible.

Worked out perfect, great parking, quiet, efficient and clean!

The place itself is great! Close to restaurants and grocery stores but not in the city. The apartment was stocked well and very clean. We went with our two small kids who both sleep in pack n plays when we travel. Both rooms have MASSIVE closets that were perfect to give each boy a space of their own. There is a fire station near by. Not an issue for us though as our oldest loves fire trucks.

Music city getaway was not too far from Broadway. We were able to ride our bikes into town by side streets and bike paths. There were several restaurants nearby. The place itself was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. We liked the security lock on the elevator. The management team were very helpful in allowing us to check in a little early and we were very happy there was enough room in the parking lot to park our 35 ft trailer during our stay at no extra cost. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Nashville Tennessee.

we were in town for a concert and decided to stay as close to nashville as possible on a budget and this was perfect. it was so clean and there was plenty of room for everyone!!

This place is very clean, bright, conveniently located close to shopping areas (by car). I stayed there with two friends, and we all were equally impressed and happy with it.
