The condo was very nice and in good condition.

home was clean, and as advertised. would stay here again. Las Palmas is pretty worn out, but for the price it was nice.

This was a great place to take my family for a week vacation! It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pools, the balcony, and well-stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future!

Second time we've stayed in this unit ands we'll likely stay again. Everything was very clean and the location is great. It was also very easy to communicate with the owners and they were very responsive.

Lots of family activities. Perfect weather. Quiet. Everything we were looking for.

Perfect place to stay with my family for a quick vacation. Rooms were great, the heated pools were a huge bonus for the kids, and the host was kind and quick to answer any questions we had.

This place is great. Communication was very thorough and accurate. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The big balcony was awesome. The pools were nice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Host was responsive and helped me figure out what kitchen amenities they have. The condo is on the 3rd floor, so there are two flights of stairs to get to it (good for elderly to know). There is a washer/dryer in the closet on the deck that came in handy.The master bed was a bit hard for our liking. Some of my kids complained about their beds, too, but that tends to be a personal preference thing. My brother and sister and their families stayed in the same complex in different buildings. Their condos were both larger than ours and they paid the same or less, so I then questioned the value. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we were happy with the amenities. They had lots of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, TP, etc. Very well-stocked.

Las Palmas is a nice resort. The room was suitable, clean, and well stocked with the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. The pickleball courts were decent, and although a bit aged, the gym equipment was good. Pools were clean.

The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well organized. The property has many pools and outdoor activities.

Perfect relaxing location with all the amenities. Everything was exactly as described, but can I add that the towels were heavenly! Maybe they are still quite new - it was a lovely surprise to grab a fluffy soft towel after a long hot soak in the tub. Enjoyed everything - thank you!

It was a wonderful place to stay. The only improvement would be to fix the ice maker in the fridge. I would stay again.

Everything was great with the exception of the door lock. It could use replacing, especially combined with the sticking door. Otherwise it meet our needs and was a great home base for our adventures!

Overall great. Good location as we went to Bryce,Zion,and local parks. Spent the week hiking.Nice pools and playgounds for kids for a family vacation. Needed some games or books for nighyime leisure.

Perfect location for our day trips around the area. And we've never stayed at a vacation rental that had so much provided so much (ie shampoo, lotion, towels, ect.)

Great little condo to stay in with kids! We all enjoyed our time here! The pools were all fun! The condo was very clean, the only thing i noticed that could have been cleaner was the carpet in the doorway leading to the master bedroom. It was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with the family. The pools were fun on the complex and it was located in a really good area. The beds were comfortable, The deck was nice and most importantly, it was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

My family loved staying in this condo. It was just far away enough to not feel like we were in the center of things and just close enough we could get anywhere we wanted within 15-20 minutes. The home was clean and being on the 3rd floor, fairly quiet. With 2 teen boys and an adult daughter with us, we had plenty of room. My boys loved the pools and most mornings were spent hanging out there. We didn't really cook much at the condo because we were usually out and about, but it was stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to some pantry staples. We're looking at another trip to St. George next summer and if it works out, this is where we want to stay again. Thanks for an incredible stay!

Fun place to stay while visiting St George. We came for Tuacahn and enjoyed the pool. One pool was closed and the slides weren't working, but otherwise everything was great.

Property was great! We loved the condo and the pools, the gym, and my kids loved the basketball court. Host (Clair) was very responsive to and accommodating. We wound up extending our stay and she was able to accommodate us. Definitely recommend highly!

We stayed in St George to go to our sons Masters graduation. The condo was awesome! Very clean and acomidating and close to everything. Dennis & Clair are great hosts! We can't wait to get back down there!

We stayed here for a graduation and moving my kids back home. It was perfect and a fun place.

We came for my daughter's wedding. We had plenty of space as a family to prep get ready and att nd a beautiful wedding. The condo was well stocked clean and he'd plenty of space.

This unit was great! Very clean. Kitchen was very well-appointed -- lots of options for cooking in. Loved having access to a washer/dryer in unit. Couches were comfortable for lounging/TV watching. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet condo on end of the 3rd floor. It is nicely furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds are especially good for those of us who prefer softer beds. The communications with the owners was timely.

We’ve stayed in quite a few Las Palmas Condos but this one has been our favorite so far! Great location, great layout, great beds, great deck! We loved it!!

We had such a wonderful time! The place is very clean, well equipped, and spacious. It has everything you need for a stay with your family. Kitchen also has everything you need. The hosts were responsive with questions I had before the stay and check in was seamless. The property itself has multiple heated pools, an indoor pool for when it’s cool or windy, pickle ball, basketball and other fun things for kids and family. We had planned to do more exploring at the state and national parks, but ended up spending more time at the property and local parks than we expected because there was so much to do right where we were. Also perfect spot to do a day trip to Zion. If you mountain bike the trails are right out the door and there’s a great running path right down the street.

Other than the mattresses being rather uncomfortable the stay was good. Kids loved the pools!!!

We moved our stay here. Room for all six of us, each of our four kids had their own bed. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Great location to the pool, which was awesome. Loved our stay, loved the price, loved all of it. The hosts were wonderful.

Came with friends, and would return with my kids! Very clean. Fun pools, corn hole, and other things to do. Comfy sleeping. A great stay!

We love Las Palmas. The amenities and bang for the buck is great. This unit was clean and had the space we needed for a comfortable weekend. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Had a great trip watching soccer, hiking, and swimming. The condo was perfect, clean. Lots to do on property and close to everything.

We had a wonderful three day stay at this condo and we will definitely be back. Our only problems were that we were on the second floor and we had children on the third floor, stomping and stomping and stomping, which made things a little uneasy when trying to sleep the first night, we got there. Our elevator did not work, and my friend only has one leg, but the owners came over promptly and told us that we would have an upgraded room for the rest of the time that we would be there we moved the next morning and everything went great from then on we will definitely be back

My girlfriend and I stayed with with another couple for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for us. Nice kitchen, nice bathrooms, very nice shaded deck. Easy parking. Good amenities. I will book here again.

Our stay was pleasant. Parking challenging; grounds weren't maintained during our stay. The condo was nicely decorated.

This property was exactly as promised- comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Close to lots of things to do, and only about 15 mins from Tuacahn - our main reason for the travel. Clair was a wonderful host, and there were one or two things that I contacted her about and she responded promptly and was so helpful! I would highly recommend a stay at this property.
