Super nice. Close to pier 60 super quiet location multiple restaurants with in walking distance. Will come again.

Property as advertised. Hoat communicated very clearly, home was nice, clean and in a convenient location to many things

Plastic mattress pad. Lamps were hard to read by and way too much clutter. So much kicknaks could not find a place to put anything. Maintenance was leaf blowing at 8 am. I've stayed at much better.

We had a great experience at this property. Everything was very clean, updated, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect—just a few steps away from the pool—and the communication with the host was outstanding throughout our stay. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect and just as described! The gym room was great and the pool was nice as well. Wish there was a hot tub at the common area, but that was a tiny wish. The host was amazing and very communicative and helpful. Was a great stay at a quiet place.

This was such a lovely experience for us. We were in the area for a wedding and took advantage of a beach vacation while there. The owners checked in on us while we were there and answered all of our questions. It was a lovely place and met all of our needs. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros: clean and well stocked, poolside, easy check inCons: neighborhood is shady, felt pressured by owner to leave prior to agreed upon checkout time of 11AM, not a gated community (gate was never closed), condo community in need of repair (not this unit but overall community)Clearwater is not a place I will visit again.

Great location. Nice condo, comfy bed. Floor was sandy, could have been sweot/cleaned better. But it was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Recently stayed for a week. Owner was quick to answer questions. Very clean & comfortable. Located right by the pool which was very convenient. Lovely place to stay.

The condo was in a great location to water, parks and restaurants. The condo was well stocked to be able to make all our meals. The cleanliness and quiet location was every thing we had hoped for. It was easy to connect with host and leading up to our stay the information sent allowed for a very easy visit. Thank you! We hope to return!

Check in and check out was super easy. The place was very clean. Had everything you needed great location right next to the pool. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the condo at Avalon, it is great location close to the pool/gym, clan and tidy with all the utensils etc you need. Plenty of stores close by for supplies, further away from beeches etc than we anticipated.

Wonderful condo and a very responsive owner. Will definitely reserve unit again.

The owners had frequent contact to check on us and follow-up when we had questions. The laundry was great to have and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans for cooking. We will definitely be back

Our family of 4 including children 7-9years really enjoyed our 9 night stay at this Avalon unit. Because of the friendly hospitality of the Host(s) and rapid communication, to the simple check-in and check-out procedures. The large and never crowded pool is a few steps away. Ideal location to the beaches, parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Clean and fully stocked unit with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach/pool accessories. The likelihood of us returning is very high!
