Property just as described. The house was clean and well stocked. 5 minute drive to beach. The views from the house and the community pool were amazing

6 of us stayed here for 2 nights, we wished we spent another day in the Playa Flamingo area. This condo was a bit out of the more crowded touristy district which worked well for us, it was a short drive or Uber to bars, sodas and restaurants. The view was very nice, but not as spectacular as it is from condos higher up in the development, next time I might try and get a condo at the upper level. However, the pool was amazing and that's where we spent our time. I've been to the coast in many places and the view (especially the sunset view) from the infinity pool was as pretty as I have seen anywhere. Overall we were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout and would definitely stay here again.

Another property that we had booked got sold and removed from the rental pool. Krain facilitated an upgrade to this beautiful property. The view is amazing. The breezes made sun bathing pleasant at any time of day. The caretakers; who lived on the property, were always available but out of sight unless needed. They even met us at our 1am arrival! The next morning our consierge Tony arrived with some fresh empanadas and some requested groceries. Our stay at Casa Margarita was a wonderful experience; setting a high bar for subsequent trips.

This condo was amazing!!! Spotless, easy check-in and check-out. Fully stocked kitchen! Lots of space to hang out! The views from most bedrooms were incredible! We loved sitting on the deck and looking out over the pacific! Infinity pool is beautiful! The gate guy was helpful and friendly and Tony at Karin was very helpful! Great food in Potrero!!

We really enjoyed everything about this villa, close to everything where you can go for a walk or drive to Potrero town or Las Catalinas. We really enjoyed our walks during the morning all the way up the hills till The Catalinas. We saw different animals, view is amazing and it was a safe to walk on Playa Prieta and Penca. Security and landscape guys very helpful people. Thank you to Roy (Krain's professional) for all his help with the AC that had a small problem. We really liked Krain services, their prompt responses and we will come back with our kids soon.
