Private PIER Ground Floor Oceanfront Condo with King Bed, Tennis Courts & Pool!

This was THE PERFECT condo! So well appointed and stocked for a wonderful family stay! The location on the bottom floor, steps to the pier, pool, and beach … just perfect! It was so comfortable … felt like home!

If you want to optimize your vacation to the beach, you must stay here. Everything was perfect. The pool, the direct beach access, the property itself. Beyond that, the property owners are excellent communicators, and just good people in general.

We had such a wonderful time here. This condo is perfect and is well-stocked with everything you need. The patio opens up to direct access to the pier and grilling area. The pier was awesome for fishing and the beach is full of shells. The area is also very safe! With two kids under 9, we never felt unsafe. Having the gated community was really awesome and added extra security and privacy. Communication with the host was fantastic and everything from booking, check in, the stay and check out was very smooth with no issues. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit!

We absolutely loved this 1st floor condo. It was so easy to load/unload our vehicles and to walk out onto the pier and beach. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We look forward to renting this one again.

This very well appointed condo’s location is unbeatable! The ground floor 2 bedroom condo is steps away from the private peer; the large well maintained pool and boardwalk to the beach beyond it were very convenient. Fishing on the pier was fun and the residents very friendly. VRBO and the condo owner were terrific. We made a great choice!

My husband and I had to change our travel plans only a couple of days before the trip. We were so thankful that such a lovely condo was still available at such short notice! Our goal was to have a relaxing week in a nice place and spend time at the pool and beach. That’s exactly what we got! Communication with Norah was excellent from the start and that was very appreciated! When we arrived, the condo was very clean and we had no problems with anything during our entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. The king bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the updated attached bathroom, especially the double vanity! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Norah was great to work with. Thank you so much!

I live close to Myrtle Beach and it would be so easy to drive 45 minuets to Myrtle rather than 4.5 hours to Ameila Beach BUT when I tell you it was worth the drive, it really was!!! No awful tourist attractions on every block, no cars with loud music all hours if the night, no crazy beach or pool crowd (& we stayed on Memorial weekend!) The whole trip, room, location, pier, beach and pool was so clean & relaxing!!! This is now a family favorite vacation location!!! Ooohhhhhh and subsets on the PRIVATE pier are AMAZING !!!!

Everything was just as described, and Nora is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. The property is relaxing and if you like fishing this is an added bonus.
