Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in Amanecer for a one week stay a few years back and decided to stay here for 6 weeks this time in K3 We booked though My Huatulco Vacations and the process and the people who work for this company are professional, they communicate well and are just nice people. They make it very easy to travel. K3 is situated at the back of the property at the top of the hill, so there is some walking to do to get to the main pool , the beach and the entrance. Keep this in mind in case mobility is an issueThe unit itself is gorgeous. It was very clean, nicely decorated and has great views from both the patios in the unit and the rooftop terrace. We spent a lot of time on the terrace in the plunge pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you will need and we cooked a lot The property manager Alfredo was also great in ensuring that everything was working well and he always was there with answers to any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place

Our villa, K3, had an amazing rooftop deck although we found ourselves at the beach or the infinity pool more. We did cook a nice dinner using the grill up on the deck. The villa was well appointed and had everything we needed. Having to turn the water heater on and off was new for us. It blew up in my face one time so that was a little scary. K3 is located at the top of the hill so be prepared to walk a little bit. We didnt mind it as we had great views but if you have trouble getting around, be aware of the villa location at the property. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book through My Huatulco Vacation again. They provided exemplary service before and during our stay. They even let us borrow a snorkel which was awesome because the beaches all have great snorkeling. We cant wait to go back!

As we had never been to the area, we went by pictures and descriptions to book the condo. It did not disappoint. Lots of space and very well appointed kitchen - all the dishes and utensils you would want. The private top deck with the plunge pool was a life saver. Great to cool down in

The rooftop terrace and splash pool were perfect for the lazy days when we just didn’t feel like going out. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The property Manager was very helpful throughout our stay as well. The only downside was the walk up to this building. If you have mobility or health issues, it can be a very difficult climb. Also there are no elevators. We were not made aware of this. Other than that, a great experience!
