Private Ocean Front Balcony with Stunning Views & Heated Pool

Room was great for two people. I would not recommend more people stay due to space even if younger children. Sitting on balcony, watching fishing boats, listening to the ocean was nice in the mornings before heading down to the beach or pool. Beach is large and excellent for walking, riding bikes, etc. The trip was exactly what we needed. Relaxing on the beach and driving (plan on 20 minutes) into St. Augustine a couple of days to explore was perfect.

We have stayed at Beacher’s Lodge for the past six years and always enjoy the location, as well as the cleanliness of both the condos and the grounds.This particular condo was as described, but it could benefit from a few minor repairs and upgrades. The bedside lamp was broken and appeared to be a fire hazard, so we did not use it. The wall outlet below the bedroom TV also needs attention, as the cords would not stay plugged in securely. In addition, there is no usable closet space in the bedroom since it is closed off for storage, although there is a small area beside it to hang a few items. The bedroom window also does not have blinds, so light and sunlight come through easily, and the curtains do not block the light very well.Overall, it is still a nice condo for a couple or small family. The heated pool was a great feature, and the beach access is very convenient. The area never felt overly crowded, even with public beach access and vehicles allowed on the beach. There are also several convenient amenities directly across the street, including a bar, an Asian bistro, a pizza restaurant, an ice cream shop, and a gas station.Great location overall, and we will definitely be back.

Weather didnt cooperate so much Day1. Improved Day 2. DAY 3 Incredible! As advertised. Older condo. Quaint, well maitained tho I do not believe the 2 ACs are handling moisture. May need new filter. Shower might need a traction mat. View was solid as ww watched beautiful Sun rises!! Ice cream parlor across the road was excellent. Our 3 restaurants: Aunt Kate's, Sunset Grill, Seafood Kitchen. All 3 . Pool seating area rather tight. Boardwalk 2beach safe n short. Grateful.

This was a great last minute find! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities! The pool was great and most of all a very comfy bed! Thanks!

Everything was great. We felt like we were at home. The host has gone above and beyond to make it comfortable. There were extra amenities and beach gear.

condo was ok but bedroom ac was super loud sometimes it was like a truck idling bring salt and pepper as there is nonegood enough for the price but just barelybeach and room access was very good from the room

We had a great two weeks. You couldn't ask for a better location with beach access and when the wind and weather got to be too much we just moved back to the pool. I will say, however, this unit is smaller than the pictures show. For two people it's great. I know there were families there in other units, but I think for shorter stays. Overall, we had a very nice time, lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby in St Augustine, 20 min away.

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I. It was in a great location, easy to get to St. George Street and all the other touristy things. Our only complaint was noisy neighbors right across the hall. Otherwise it was a great two weeks.

Beautiful condo/location. Small issue with the door lock upon arrive but the owner was corrected the issue promptly!

Don’t rent this condo! This is the most uncomfortable place we've ever stayed in our life. My wife, said it perfectly “there’s just no place to get cozy.” She’s nice. Me? Does this place come with a Chiropractor?The couch looks like it spent the first part of its life in a Prison Rec room. It’s criminal. The swivel chair with no foam hates people. The mattress is on the verge of collapse (my side) so it only hates me.The bathroom is smaller than a Coleman camper. The good news is that you can turn on the fan, start the shower and blow dry your hair without getting off the toilet. The bad news is you'll tear your rotator cuff reaching behind you for the toilet paper. And is saving .37 cents on water for the week that make or break for you? I get it. You get what you pay for and you can get directly on the beach for cheap. But, could you clear the clutter? Buy some window blinds for that bedroom window 2' from the outside light? Get some real beach chairs for actual people and not Smurfs. Buy a bed that sleeps good? And for crying out loud buy a decent couch that doesn’t double as a medieval torture device! Older people, this place will be hard on your body. Everybody else can take Tylenol or upgrade. And remember, when there’s not much available on the week you want to go, then what’s available that week, is not much. Again, do not rent this condo. You’ll thank me. Owner, spend some (not at a garage sale) and care for your guests. You'll thank me, too.

Beautiful beach view, clean, nice property with heated pool. I will be back. The kitchen made it so nice that I never ate out during my 3 night stay, I saved a lot not on purpose it was just easy. There is a Dollar General 2 miles away and a Winn-Dixie 4 miles. You are at the beach so not a big deal but the internet was so slow you would not want to use, I used my hotspot. Also the deadbolt locks automatically and I was locked out and did not have my phone thank God the front desk was open. The host was great communicator.
