Really cute condo in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. May we suggest a couple more trash cans, and a luggage rack or drawers in the smaller bedroom? Also, the fan in the small bedroom is unstable and needs to be balanced.Off street parking was good. The host answered our questions promptly. We had a wonderful week and would reserve this property again.

Clean and conveniently located

Overall stay was great! Fantastic location! We would definitely recommend. The only issues were the shower had a slight leak on the floor, and master bedroom closet doors need adjustment.

Great location. Well appointed. Clean. This is truly one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. I would recommend and would not hesitate to book again if back in Sedona. The place is short walk to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The condo is clean, comfortable and cozy. The only issue I experienced is that it doesn't have a dresser, but that is a minor issue. The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants. I would book it again.

Our host, Veronique, made the reservation, check in and check out process so easy - start to finish! Communication was excellent on the VRBO app.The unit perfectly fit our needs. Right from the start the parking was super convenient with easy access to our accommodations. We loved that it was one level so we didn’t have to lug our bags up and down stairs. It was very clean and well stocked with paper/cleaning products. Other positives: Loved the two bedrooms; great ventilation with many windows; nice back patio; outstanding location, easily walkable to Uptown and restaurants (Elote!); so many towels; in-unit laundry was super convenient; lots of dishes/utensils/glasses. We would definitely book this unit again and highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay! In the perfect location for walking to uptown and all the shops and walked to dinner every evening. It was so nice not to worry about parking. Home had everything we could possibly need, was comfortable, and Veronique was quick to respond and so friendly. I hope to make it back to Sedona someday and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place!! Had everything you would need for your stay…kitchen fully stocked with cooking amenities AND coffee, Shower is great..includes shampoo, rinse, body soap. Beds are super comfortable! Host is quick to respond to any inquiries.

A friend and I stayed here for our first visit to Sedona. The property was in great shape and was exactly as represented online. It was close to shops and restaurants, and Veronique was very responsive to communication so we knew everything we needed to about our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for a stay in the Sedona area. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. The accommodations were comfortable and attractive with everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay at this location again if ever in the area.

We were in Sedona for six nights. The condo is charming. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved the location! It’s an easy walk to Uptown Sedona where there are restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to her regarding the TV. No cable so, unless you can sign into your own streaming service account, you will not have use of the TV other than Netflix which they provide. I would definitely book this condo again and highly recommend it if you are looking to vacation in Sedona.

This property was ideal for our needs. The location was within walking distance to lots of restaurant options as well as shopping. The property itself was super clean on our arrival and well equipped with the amenities we needed. Super quiet as well. This will be our go to place to stay on our future trips to Sedona

My mom and I took a trip to Sedona and are so happy we booked this place. It was located in the perfect spot. Super quiet and peaceful along with great views out the front of the property. It was walking distance to so many great shops and foods, easy to explore that part of the city by foot versus having to find parking. We felt safe the whole time we were there and it just felt like home. The place was clean and had comfortable furniture along. We also had great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place with easy access to trails and dining

Everything was very nice. Especially enjoyed the private back patio. The only negative was that we arrived in Sedona early (12:30) and we went to the property to see if we could drop off our 2 suitcases until check-in. We told her it’s only clothes and shoes. Nothing valuable is in them. She said we could not leave them there. So we had to trek around the city rolling our suitcases behind us all day until check in.

This was our second time visiting Sedona. Sedona’s beauty did not change, but our lodging experience was so much better this time. The property manager responded promptly to my questions, clearly informed us of all that we needed, provided a well maintained and well stocked property. The location could not have been better, beautiful views of the red rock formations and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.I would recommend this property to friends and family. Awesome vacation spot.

Everything was fantastic during our stay. I will say the one minor item to possibly fix is the front porch light. It was so dark there at night and we couldnt figure out how to turn that porch light on. Other than that, it was a great stay.
