We loved our stay! The location was ideal! We walked everywhere and visiting our son at Mines was so convenient. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had an excellent stay at this condo in Golden, CO. The location was unbeatable, especially if you're visiting the Colorado School of Mines or want to explore downtown Golden—both are just a short walk away. The property was exactly as described and shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed. The dedicated parking spot was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased. Betsy, the host, was fantastic. Her communication was prompt and clear, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay in Golden.

Great location and was very cozy

This place was amazing. Great location near everything downtown, river, trails, university. I loved walking out the door right into the middle of it all and yet it was very quiet in our place. One of the nicest kept locations we've stayed. With its ground floor entry next to the hill, it doesn't have a lot of views, but you can still see the giant M on Lookout Mountain from the living room. Very well kept flat with some nice old touches like the curved wall and wainscoting. Yet very well modernized. I was there for business at the university but the location made it into a lovely holiday to boot. A couple of blocks from the river trail that takes you right into the canyon. It would be fun for tubing or swimming in the summer, (if there is any water left- very dry year).

Welcoming condo in great location. My friend and I loved being able to walk to stores and coffee shops. Well stocked and cozy environment. Will definitely stay again if we go to Golden.

Everything went exactly as it should. Check in was a breeze, the beds were very comfortable. The unit was well stocked and appointed and the location was impossible to beat for our family. It was perfect for the Holiday.

My son and I were in Golden (and the Denver area) for college visits, and this stay was just perfect. It was comfortable, safe, and convenient. We walked a lot because of the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the school. We were able to reach Lookout Mountain in about 15 minutes and Keystone in a little over an hour. The space was very clean, and the host was super responsive. Up front communication was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Golden! The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and all the local attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Wonderful place right at the heart of Golden. Betsy was excellent communicator. House just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Golden was a great landing spot for us. We were touring CU and going to a Red Rocks concert.

Perfect , wasn’t a thing we needed we didn’t have , can’t beat the location , parking is right outside your door , everything is within walking distance. We did drive to the grocery store , it’s maybe a mile away. We plan to stay again on future trips The Burkes

I was in town with a friend for a concert at Red Rocks and knew we wanted to stay in Golden. It's such a great little town and this property was in a PERFECT location. We were just a block off of main street with shops, restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. It was a 20 minute Uber ride to Red Rocks so it ended up being exactly what we needed. Betsy was great to work with as well. All of my questions were answered super quick, and we were able to get in to the house 30 minutes early which was great!

Cute place, nicely furnished, in the middle of Golden. Walking distance to the coffee shop, wine/ liquor store, restaurants. Our daughter lives in Golden, and this is our fourth VRBO. This is where we will stay whenever we are in the neighborhood.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row and plan to again next year. It's small but quaint, clean and comfortable and the location could not be better, nor could the host. Betsy is 100% accommodating and communicative. Thanks again for making our vacation enjoyable and effortless!

We stayed at this super cute condo for 2 nights in Golden and we highly recommend it! The high ceilings, lovely decor, and comfortable beds made it the perfect spot to rest after hiking in beautiful Golden, Co.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. It has plenty of space and is so convenient to everything in downtown Golden. Betsy has it cleaned to perfection and everything is very well stocked. We will definitely be back!

This place it only a block up from the main street through town. It was so convenient to just walk over there. The place was clean. It was also decorated fun. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The shower head need fixed but I reported it to the owner and I believe they will have it fixed. I would have been very excited to give them a 5 out of 5 but our last night there ar 9:30 pm the cleaning people came into the unit upstairs and started making one hell of a racket. Vacuuming and stomping around. I don't think that unit is owned by the same owner but I thought I should mention it. Have a great stay if you choose this place

The property was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to downtown and a convenient drive to many local attractions. I would 100% recommend this place.

This rental is very clean and we had a great stay. It was easy to park, and close to everything but very quiet and clean.

This little condo was perfect for my son and I for a weekend visit. It was a little hard to find in the dark, but super accessible to anything and everything we could possibly need. Clean, easy check in, easy check out.

We loved staying at this stop! The house was nice and cozy! And even better was that it was right downtown and a short walk to all the restaurants and coffee shops. The host was also so helpful before and during that visit! Hopefully I’ll be making a visit back to the area soon!

Spent a week here in October. Couldn't ask for a better set up. Unit was clean and spotless. Convenient to restaurants and attractions in and around Golden. Easy ride to ski areas and parks. Host was very nice and accessible. Definitely looking forward to returning!
