PRIVATE BEACH/POOL ACCESS-Cozy and Quaint -Steps to the Beach and Town Center

Great location, very clean!

The room was as advertised. We were very comfortable there. We had two issues that were addressed very quickly by Cheryl. Unfortunately the beach pass stopped working and had to be replaced but then it failed again on the last day and that affected our beach time a little bit. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the two hair dryers. We wish the coach was a little bit bigger for stretching out. It is probably not a place that we would stay in again because of the noisy trash removal that happens typically early in the morning right below the unit. The porch is nice but we had some pretty chilly temps and weren't able to take advantage of it.

Very enjoyable place to stay within easy walking distance to the beach. Owner was accommodating and thoughtful. We would definitely return again.

Owner was great with communication and the house was central to everything in rosemary beach.

Cheryl the property manager was amazing. Our original booking had a smell issue and she really stepped up amd set us up with a great place. Its always a positive booking with a property management company that takes care of you.

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. There was an issue with the building during our stay that was out of the owners control. The owner responded to our concerns quickly and upgraded us to another property free of charge. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you again!

We had a small problem with the property and reported it to Cheryl, who went out of her way to make up for it and ensure we had a great vacation - and we did! Would definitely book again. Everything turned out great.

Location could not be beat. Apartment was well stocked, clean, and easy to access.

We loved Rosemary Beach! Our condo/apartment was okay but there was a strong sewer gas smell in the building & our place which turned us off, of course. I contacted the Property Manager, & she was very helpful. It did decrease but would come back every once in a while. We didn't want to pack up & leave (suggestion from PM) so we stayed. The layout of the place was great. The couches could use replacing. Very worn out & not as comfortable as we would like. Everything else was great!

Our stay here was wonderful! Location is great! The condo has everything you need and was clean and nicely maintained.

Cheryl, our property manager, was amazing in every respect. She went above and beyond to address all our needs and made our stay a very special and carefree time. We will be back.

Everything was perfect! The location, the rooms, the kitchen.

Here only four nights, but wish it had been much longer. Rosemary vibe is much, much better than nearby beaches. This property was perfect in all aspects-very well located, extremely clean and comfortable, very responsive owner Cheryl Moodie helped with questions before we got there. Could not have been happier if we had scripted it ourselves.

Great condo in the heart of Rosemary. Check in was easy, Cheryl was super communicative and easy to work with. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc within walking distance did t use any of the pools but we did walk by a few of them and they looked nice. Spent most time on the beach amidst overcast and light rain weather but nothing anyone can control. If we ever returned to Rosemary would definitely stay here again. 10/10!,

This was our first time staying in Rosemary Beach, we learned what we would do different for next time. The condo was clean and an awesome location if you want to be on the square around the shops and restaurants. The walk is about 5 minutes to the beach; it wasn't bad. Unless you are hauling a lot of stuff to the beach. The condo is above a restaurant; we didn't ever hear anything while in the condo. I believe the only negative is that the door to the condo's parking spot is in the back where the employees of the restaurant hang out. And the trash dumpster. But there is another exit option.

This property was perfect for our little family! It was close to the beach and all the local shops..we loved that we were able to walk everywhere. Beautiful town! We will definitely stay here again!
