My feet were nearly black when I went barefoot in the condo. We really enjoy this condo because we can walk right out to the beach!!

Larry was excellent in getting us what we needed and even went out of his way to provide us bike rentals. Property is always great, wonderful location and amenities. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place on the beach and close to all attractions. We will for sure be coming back.

There was a coffe pot, a kuerig, a crock pot, and all the cookware etc. you could need. The location was amazing! Being on the first floor, you could literally walk out to your patio, and the pool and beach are right in front of you. Your friend at the beach is always so kind and accommodating! Roslyn messaged us the day of check in to let us know we could get in early, she is always available to answer our questions, and on check out once we got to the airport we realized we left a gold chain and charm that was very important to our 5 year old. She immediately contacted the cleaning crew, they found it, and Roslyn is mailing it to us. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation, and better customer service!

They had just the right amount of proactive communication, alerting us when the condo was ready, what the codes were and where to park. They personally called me to let me know the Condo was ready for a slightly early check in. And they followed up after a day just to ensure we had everything we needed. It was Personal touch, high service, without being intrusive. And of course, the Condo was spotless, in a perfect location relative to the pool, beach and nearby amenities. We had 4 little ones and 6 adults, which slept comfortably and loved walking out the back sliding doors for fast first-floor access to the beach And while I don’t recommend this for anyone, if your wife must be hospitalized the night before you leave, you will find that Friends cares enough to check in with you during your second week in Destin, at the hospital! They even provided flowers to my wife. Incredible!We will be friends for life with YFAB!

We cooked in most nights but we were close to restaurants when needed. This is a very family friendly spot and the weather and water were great. I we have already rebooked for next year and have recommended it to others.
