Safe,, quiet,, and beautiful property.. and

Great ocean view! Good neighbourhood and beautiful beach for walking! Close to grocery and clothing shopping on Harbour Blvd. Kitchen had all needed to prepare meals. Master bed comfortable lots of drawers and closet space both bedrooms. Didn't use second bedroom. Living room couch and love seat could be replaced. Only real complaint was construction noise a few doors down from a condo being renovated. Especially noisy first 5 days then infrequent. Informed Real Joy no compensation. Would stay again.

View and being close to beach was amazing but property in bad need of updating. Carpet in master bedroom gross and couch in living room broken. Cleaning done poorly

Beautiful property,, with an amazing view.

Our room was excellent. Clean and well stocked for cooking. My only complaint would be the washer on our floor didn’t work. I was able to wash clothes but used the machine and dryer on the 3rd floor. We stayed on 2nd floor. Also, we had issues with our trash chute being overflowing.

The Condo was spacious and clean. We loved the beach view and the fact that it was private and not crowded. My only complaint is that the shower in the Master Bathroom was horrible! The water shot all the way across to the other side and it couldn’t be adjusted! The center lightbulb over vanity had to be loosened or it was like a strobe light! Other than that it was great

Really loved the condo! The location is perfect and the view of the ocean and direct access to the beach were ideal! Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location,and view, tastefully decorated , kitchen complete with everything needed. We had to call maintenance for lack of hot water but was fixed promptly. Need to update carpet in bedrooms. Would definitely come back.

Walked in and 1st thing we noticed is it wasn't very clean, daughter came out of her room and the bed frame was broken. Next we went to put groceries purchased away and immediately saw cockroaches crawling out of the sink drain and dishwasher. We saw some maintenance people outside and they said that multiple units are having troubles because owners are not allowing pest control in to the units. I would NOT recommend this property to my worst enemy! DO NOT EVEN CHANCE IT!! This was horrible as we traveled all day and then it took 2 hours to get a different condo at a different property. It was 11:30p before we were able to get to a different property and unloaded. Also, I would try and AVOID RealJoy Vacations. They promised that they were going to contact us with compensation for the disgusting unit they had rented us and the headache of changing units but NOTHING has been offered, as soon as we checked out communication ended.

Went end of Oct/Nov no one was hardly there. Great weather 80. The only thing I wish is that the pool was heated.Great restaurants near by. Friendly locals!

The location and view were excellent. The unit was clean but could use some updating. Carpet and a coat of paint would be nice. The management company was quick to respond to a minor issue. I would book again for another trip

Best vacation stay I’ve had in years

While the view and location of this property are great, the unit itself is in deplorable condition. The carpet in both bedrooms is threadbare, snagged, and dirty. The furniture in the living room is broken down, dirty, and disgusting and should just be thrown out. The lid to the toilet in one bathroom was completely broken off and the handle in the shower in the other bathroom was very loose. The baseboards throughout are either in serious need of a new paint job or are filthy. The unit also has a very strong smell of mildew. The insides of the vents were very dirty. That being said, the kitchen was OK and the beds were very comfortable, although they do need to purchase some sheets for the king size bed which fit properly.

Real Joy went above and beyond!!!! From the first text/call until after we left. In my 65 yrs I’ve never experienced dealing w/ people like them. They are there to serve & make your stay as wonderful & stress free as possible. Stay w/ them you will not be sorry!!

Perfect location, right on the beach! Boardwalk is easy access for wagons. Perfect place for kids too, as the pool is right downstairs. Unit was clean! Very up to date! Only recommendation would be an updated sofa bed! It was a little worn! Other than that, we loved everything! We will be back!

The condo is great and had everything we needed. The carpet in the bedrooms was a little worn but overall the condo looks great and just like the pictures. One of the reasons we chose this condo because it was a little further down the beach and away from a lot of the public access. That meant we had the beach pretty much to ourselves every day and the pool was fairly quiet too. There is still a service where you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Management company was very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean, accessible to beach and restaurants, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware.
