Private Beach Access! Pet-friendly! Chateau La Mer 14A!

We had a few small issues but were able to call the main number to get those issues resolved. I would say that we were altogether happy with our stay and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay loved the fact that we could bring our pets. The location is great close to pretty much everything. The only negative was I wish it had a washer and dryer. Other then that it had everything we needed.we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the place was great and had plenty of space for my family of five. The only issue I noticed was some drainage problems in the shower/tub and bathroom sink, where water tended to sit and not drain properly. Aside from that, everything was perfect the location couldn’t have been better.

We enjoyed our overall stay—the location was great and check-in was smooth. The space had potential, and the layout worked well for our group. However, there were a couple of cleanliness and maintenance issues that took away from the experience.The couch was noticeably dirty and stained, which made it uncomfortable to relax in the living room. Additionally, the bathtub drain was badly clogged, causing water to pool while showering.With a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this could be a much better rental. Hopefully these small fixes are addressed for future guests.

we stayed here last year and decided to stay again at the same condo. It was just perfect .

My stay was very good, the beach was just a short walk away. Perfect location, stores,restaurants are nearby. Easy checkin. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the spot. The beds were small- definitely not suitable for two couples just 2 adults. The beach is truly walking distance. Same with a few restaurant options. The property is well maintained, nice pool and good tennis courts. A few things in the long email of instructions were outdated but other than that pretty seamless. The check in and out was easy but had a bunch of rules which weren’t a problem just overwhelming to read through. The kitchen was fully functional and it was a great spot for us to stay with plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was well stocked for anyone interested in cooking.

Chateau LeMar is a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The properties are well maintained, the our guests and owners are very pleasant. I have been staying here for the past 5 years, I come down yearly (3 times in 2024) and always look forward to staying there.

Location and price was great. Unit next to pool, clean does need updates

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool is right outside, the beach is just a short walk away with option to purchase a chair setup. The location was perfect for us to make it to everywhere we needed to go. The host was responsive and offered lots of amenities along with the room. Scenic 98 is a great place to walk and our dog loved every second of it! Thanks for a great stay at the Chateau La Mer!
