Stayed Oct 7, 2024Location was good. Beds were great. Kitchen needs updating, dishwasher needs repairs, no ice maker, cleaners need to be more thorough Washer and drawer are great. Couch needs to be replaced. No elevator so be prepared for stairs which was fine with us. There’s a parking fee Family thought it needed more fans.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024This building is located close to the beach, was easily accessible, and the condo is three bedroom, which was a huge selling point for us! The location was near basically everything we needed. The condo itself could use some updating, especially some of the appliances, and the beds were not very comfortable. But, for the price it worked for us. Just not one of the most modern we’ve stayed in. The host took a couple of days to respond, but they were non-urgent questions like the coffeemaker and parking situation. And parking is additional charges. Also if you stay for a week with 6 people, plan to bring your own supplies like paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, TP and toiletries. They supply minimal amount. We had lots of rain so found ourselves inside a lot. All-in-all, this was a good stay. Just some things others might want to know when selecting.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We overall enjoyed our stay. The location was great, beach access was great to have and we were in walking distance of some food and morning coffee. Things seemed clean and ready for us upon arrival. There were a few small thing we wish were different in our rental. For convenience, more toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. For a rental with a full kitchen, we (5 people, 13 and older) filled up the one provided kitchen garbage bag quickly. Same applies to toilet paper and paper towel.. 1 roll in each bathroom isn’t enough for a several day stay in a place that can sleep 6. When traveling by air, it’s not convenient to buy TP and paper towels. Aside from that, a few outlets could be replaced because they are simply worn out and the fridge smelled like dead fish, but that could have been from previous renters. It was mitigated with some baking soda. RealJoy did a great job with answering questions and providing more of the above mentioned items upon request. Overall 9.5/10, would recommend to any family or friends.

Stayed May 17, 2024The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Condo was close to different places within walking distance. The only unfortunate thing was early check-in was not an option which was inconvenient.
