Great place to settle in and relax… the breeze of the water is intoxicating..!

We absolutely loved our stay here as a family of four! The owner was so nice and communicated all the details as well as gave several recommendations for places near by. We went to several of the restaurants and frozen custard stand recommended and everything was top notch! Our favorite was having the sliding doors open and being able to hear the water. Plus laying in the master bedroom looking out the window it looks like you are right over the water. We sat outside on the deck and played card games until the sun went down. We can't wait to visit again when it is warmer weather!

The host is always welcoming. I’ve stayed several times and it’s consistently clean, Chris is very attentive, and the proximity to the lake, pool, and views are amazing. Definitely might go to when I am in the Ozarks.

Beautiful location, beautiful condo. It has everything you need. Condo complex was beautiful. Pool was crystal clear and clean. condo has a wonderful outdoor seating area with lights at night. Everything was wonderful. The condo has everything you need to cook meals in, great location and close to neighboring towns and close to attractions, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Chris Jones is an excellent person to work with and very respectful, responsive and attentive to our questions.His property is in a great location to fish, swim, playground and pool.I gave 4 stars for the front doors getting in which Chris had fixed… it does need additional attention.Some of the appliances (coffee maker) did not work and the stove could be upgraded.The living room Is Amazing with perfect views of the lake! New carpet and sofas perfect. The glass coffee table is not conducive to the area as we all hit the corner as it’s hard to see. And for children, in our opinion, not a good idea.The deck is okay but extremely buggy, I’d screen it in and get a new rug as it was torn and a tripping incident could occur. I didn’t know this was a condo initially. However, it was worth the stay! Great activities to do nearby and Chris provided a link to many of them! Thank you!This Place is Great! I’d rent it again, if Chris would have us again!

Beautiful location right on the water. Had everything our family needed for plenty of meals at home, was steps from the pool, and we got to see a beautiful sunset nightly. Couldn’t have found a better rental for our summer vacation!

The location of this condo is its best quality! With outstanding views and nearness to the Lake, as well as proximity to the pool, are fantastic! The host Chris is a delight to work with and great at promptly communicating! This is our second time staying in this condo and we’d highly recommend!

Our family stays at the Lake for a long spring break weekend. This property has a beautiful view on the water. Of course if was a quiet weekend, because the time of year. We enjoyed the condo, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The location to places to eat, stores etc. was very convenient. The waterfront view from the condo was beautiful. The Ozark Distillery was very close by, and a wonderful place to visit.

Perfect balcony viewing of the boats racing across the lake. All ages of my family enjoyed this place (54, (51, 21, and 14 y/o). Lots of stairs to negotiate, but really it's just good exercise!

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and were extremely happy with the entire experience. Chris is an amazing host. The unit is exactly as advertised. The North facing view of the main channel from the porch was great. We enjoyed the sunrises in the morning and the sunsets at night from the porch. The other owners were friendly at the pool and did not treat renters poorly like in some complexes. If you're looking for a clean place with amazing views and close access to a pool this is the place for you. It's price is very fair and Chris is very attentive. I'm definitely renting from Chris again the next time I come to the Ozarks.

I have to take a lot of stuff for the kitchen when I stay at other VRBO’s, because I cook almost all our meals. They have everything you could want. They have a clean condo to come too. Right out the door is the pool. The porch we sat at and watched boats on the lake. Nice!!! 😊 thanks Chris!!!
