Prime Location at Boyne Mountain I Golf, Swim, & Ski I Avalanche Bay

The condo was clean and offered a lot of storage. It was nice to have had a place to store our skis. The fireplace was nice to have after a day of skiing. I wish the condo provided coffee for guests, or at least told us to bring our own. When coffee pot was listed, I assumed there would be coffee on site. Also, one major upset was to find out the property didn’t have a washer and dryer inside the unit. Washer and dryer are listed in amenities, however we were disappointed to find out we had to take our wet snow gear to an off property site and pay with quarters. I wish I knew that ahead of time!

This property was fantastic. It was the cleanest VRBO that I’ve stayed in. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at this property. The condo was very clean and had almost anything you would need during your stay. Great amenities all within walking distance or a shuttle was available for anywhere on the property that was a little further. Loved sitting on the chaise lounge by the fire; it was so cozy! Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Excellent location, just a short walk to a nice variety of fun activities and dining options at Boyne Mountain Resort. New Sky Bridge tour was breathtaking! Room had a very nicely appointed kitchen to cook or grill our favorite meals. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to rest and recharge. Great pools and hot tubs close by, and 40 acres, Everetts, and trophy pizza to keep my foodie kids happy! Lots of extra blankets, pillows, was very clean as well, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice condo. Clean and had everything we needed. The queen bed was pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, no complaints.

When we arrived, the whole place stank of curry. Bedroom carpet was stained (dirty?) Spreads on bed not so clean either. A lot more dated than it looks. One of the blinds in the living room did not work. There was a greasy kettle on the not so clean stove. But, the bathrooms were both immaculate. Unfortunately, the tub plug did not function. So no bath available, just the shower.

We had a wonderful time.

They made great use of the space. It worked really well for my family of 4. The unit had some nice upgrades and was in a great location.

for the price I was disappointed with the cheap mattresses in the bunk room. The condo as a whole is very outdated and run down, again for the price point I expected at least average.

Highly recommend a stay here! The condo was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. Only steps away from all things Boyne Mountain and a short drive into Boyne City or Walloon Lake.

The condo was absolutely fabulous! So clean! Not one area was unkept or unclean. Totally stocked with 'basic' items. Great location for 'hang out' with the attached grill and picnic table. Would stay again!

Had a great time at this immaculate unit. Lots to do and we took advantage of most of the activities that were right there - zip lining, water park, restaurants, Deer Lake beach and Tiki Bar, Suspension Bridge, etc.

Great place, as described. 2 bed 2 bath, 3 bath sinks a plus. Easy load in and load out. Picnic table grill and grassy area for blitzball games in the shade. Quick walk to everything in Boyne Resort.

We came in for a lacrosse tournament. The condo was close to and walking distance to the fields and main hotel (water park). It was clean and spacious and plenty of room for a couple families. I would definitely stay there again.

Rental was great. Had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable.

We skiid one day, waterpark one day, and hung out. Shopped and played in the snow another. Great times!

Close to the ski hill, our young children were able to walk over in ski boots without issue. Also close enough to walk to main lodge. Accommodations were clean and enough beds/space/linens for our family of 6. Host was available and responded promptly to any questions. With all our ski boots, entryway got a little crowded but that was only minor issue. Parking was available immediately adjacent to property, sidewalks were plowed and cleared daily. We would stay here again for a ski trip.

Although smaller than expected was still a great stay. Shower in the second bathroom was too short so we all had to shower in the same bathroom. A little dated in bathrooms and bedrooms but clean and comfortable overall. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best places to stay in the resort its centrally located for easy access to the hills and restaurants. I would highly recommend to stay here also the owners of the property are very prompt and can provide any help u may need u cant our wont find a better place to stay we will definitely be back in the future.

Very convenient to the ski lifts; a bit cramped if staying for longer than a few nights. Hosts were accessible for any questions.

Easy walk to the slopes and the village.

Very close to ski area. However, for a party of 6 mostly teens, the place was too small and the rooms were stuffy and ventilation was poor. We would have opened the windows but it was raining.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend away for a soccer game and some time at the water park. Excellent communication from the owners! Definitely would stay here again.

Our family of five (1,4,8) had a wonderful vacation at Boyne Mountain! This location had everything we could have wanted and was super close to all the attractions at Boyne Mountain! The property was spotless, plenty of amenities, and parking was right at the door. Location was a 2 minute walk to a wonderful outdoor pool, laundry facility was close as well which was great for drying towels after spending much of the day in the pool. Independently controlled AC in each room was greatly appreciated and having a second bathroom was nice too. The beds were comfortable and having access to Netflix was a nice bonus to keep the kids entertained during the times we weren’t exploring the area. Our hosts were fantastic and very responsive to chat messages. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and were always super helpful! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to spend some time at Boyne Mountain and we will be back again in the near future.

The dishwasher doesn’t work properly. The soap doesn’t dispense. All the dishes glasses cups and silverware had food on them. My wife tried 3 times to with the dishwasher and gave up. She pent 2hours in the kitchen washing everything. The furniture is old and the couch is broken down so badly you need help to get up or you have to roll on the floor. My wife and I have owned a time share for 30 years so this wasn’t our first rodeo. It was by far the worst we have stayed in.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was easy to get to, clean, and the location was perfect. It’s right next to the bike path and a short walk to the resort. We had the best time! Highly recommend!!

This is a great spot to use as a base for day trips or to stay on property and near the east end of Lake Charlevoix. The owner was great with communication and the check-in/check-out process was very easy and smooth. There is a pool within walking distance and so many restaurants within just a short drive. The location is perfect!

Perfect location for day trips to beach, shopping and adventures on and off Boyne Mountain Resort. Just a short drive to Petoskey National Park to enjoy the beach and to Boyne City to enjoy the sunsets on the waters edge. Easy check in and check out. Lots to do on the Resort and surrounding area. Great location.

The condo was as pictured- very clean and well equipped with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Good communication from the owners both before our stay with check in details and after we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. The location is an easy walk to the main lodge and activities. We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.
