Great location and parking. Beach chairs were handy to have use of. The bathroom is not in good shape. Found it annoying that you pay $75 cleaning fees and then a few days before the booking you get a list of chores to do before you leave. Also was informed a few days before booking started that we needed to bring our own bath towels. I don't like that you book with Expedia and you end up on VRBO.

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for my solo trip to the beach. The owners provided everything I needed and were clear about what they don't provide. Amazingly close to the beach as well as several cute restaurants and bars.

We have stayed at this location before but the next room over. This room had no tv besides a 12 inch one that swiveled I the kitchen. No internet or cable. No towels where provided. We left a day early from what we reserved it for.

Host was fine. Unit is small. A little dated.

This is a charming, well appointed condo in a wonderful and convenient location. I was looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat for Thanksgiving and this met my needs perfectly. I will stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Thank you, Scott and Cheryl for a terrific holiday experience.

Perfect spot for a couples beach weekend getaway! We love Wrightsville Beach and this spot was ideal for our weekend trip. Convenient access to the beach, we walked to all the bars and restaurants and the spot was comfy and clean. 100% would book again!

The property was a great location and check-in and out was very smooth. The only down side was the bathroom, it was tiny and could use updating. Otherwise the stay was great!

Cute little studio unit for a girls weekend beach getaway. The unit itself is a bit dated, but the location was absolutely perfect, and we were really only there to sleep. The unit is a stones throw to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Scott was fantastic when we had a lock snafu, and we truly appreciated his kindness with helping us fix.

We plan on staying on the beach for a solid 4 hours each day.This unit was perfect for us. Less than 100yrds to the beach.It had a keurig. A stove and dishwasher ( which we didn’t use) The bed was comfortable.There are multiple bars, restaurants, an ice cream shop and a small grocery within walking distance.One parking spot which was all we needed.The AC was excellent and it had a room darkening shade so we could sleep in.Perfect for us!The owner was quickly responsive and we had no issues.

Wife and I have stayed here every June for 3 or 4 nights going on a decade. Scott and Cheryl have a great studio right in the heart of Wrightsville and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Roberts Grocery is just outside the Gate Door and we walk to all the restaurants we love after spending the day on the beach. In all of the years we’ve been staying here, once we park the car in spot 201 on arrival, we never get back in until leaving day. Everything is right there. Last, there is a common 2nd floor patio overlooking N Lumina and Lagergeads Tavern which is a really nice spot to sit with a cocktail or wine before heading out to dinner. Happening location.

This was a great get away for my wife and I. I love to fish and couldn't have gotten a better location near the pier. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. This was a Christmas present from my family. One of the best presents a brother could ask for. We will definitely be back.

Clean, cute property. Close to beach access. Was great to walk down set our beach stuff up and pop back up to the condo as needed. Located walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. Enjoyed our stay!

Had a party Sat night to attend. We walked to Palm Room and back. Loved eating at Neptune. Very convenient to everything. So cute inside too.

Great place to stay for the Wilmington Marathon weekend! We enjoyed our time right by the beach!

Thank you for your flexibility when needing to slightly change dates, for your excellent communication and especially for the keurig coffee pods so I could skip the grocery store!!

So close to the beach! Easy check in and check out. Clean and perfect size for a quick trip to visit our son at UNCW and to get some beach time!

We had to cut short our trip (left Tuesday morning) due to Storm Debby. We had not had the chance to check out much of the beach and that was our first time there. So bummed. The hosts were awesome with communication with us - alerting us about the storm and it's changes. Plus refunded us part of our money which was very nice. My only other complaint is the bathroom was very tiny.

Perfect location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bike rental shop and market. Would stay again. Simple and affordable.

This is our third time staying here. The accommodations are so comfy and the location cannot be beat. We almost hate to rave about it because we don’t want the word to get out!
