This was a very well curated appartment. Subtle, which made it very comfortable. Sunrise view from the two rocking chairs on the porch was very nice, and it was a lovely place to sip your coffee (or beer!) Everything you want and need is a short stroll away, including the wonderful Wilmington Riverwalk.

This place was in the middle of all things Wilmington. The host was very nice and answered any questions we had..

This property was fantastic. A great location close to everything downtown and close to the water. It was very clean and had a TV with lots of channels and options. It had a king size bed with very comfortable flannel sheets, and lots of different pillow options. All of the appliances worked well and were in great shape. The shower was good and all of the furniture was good as well. The host was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here

It has everything you need and clean besides the location, the restaurant downstairs looks good but if you don’t make reservations no way to get in. Also the water pressure of the shower was not good but everything else was wonderful. We have to call the number in place to get instructions because the link I got didn’t work but we didn’t get problems getting in.

Great place to stay! Responsive host. Close to the riverwalk. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived after dark and the photo in the description is of the place across the street. It would be so easy to find knowing it is right above Tarantelli's restaurant.

Amazingly convenient to everything downtown and the river walk. We loved the space as well as the proximity to things. The host was also very helpful and super nice to work with. We would totally stay again.

Don’t wait last min to get instructions and understand park by the store get mirror parking pass to in your vehicle to avoid towing everything else was wonderful

The room itself was filthy, hairs on the sheets, appliances dirty on the inside, food left in the fridge, dirt and grime on the doors and walls ,smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke however we contacted the owner and told him our concerns and he graciously refunded us, i was very disappointed in the room but the host was a very nice man and we really appreciated him working with us

Great for a weekend getaway. All you’d need is provided. The location is perfect that you’re able to walk to so many different options.

Check in was easy. The whole condo was extremely clean and the owner was amazing to deal with. The condo was in a great location, walking distance to every thing.

Owner (Joel) was very responsive to any messages. A bit of an older place, but decent location just a short walk from downtown restaurants, bars and the river walk. Very limited kitchen. Fine to reheat leftovers, but not to cook a meal. Italian restaurant right below the unit had good food. As a heads-up, their courtyard bar is open late, so for better or worse, you’re close to a lot of people having a good time. Overall, an enjoyable weekend.

This property was fantastic—exactly as described and truly right in the heart of downtown Wilmington, could not have been a better location. Convenient parking was also great. Host was very communicative and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely come back for another trip.

We stopped for only one night, but I wish we would have been able to stay for the week. It was clean, and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable and the location could not have been better! Quiet at night and only a few blocks from the River Walk. Will definitely stay again. The only downfall is there isn't an elevator for taking up luggage.

It's the perfect lil place for a couple that wants to visit the historic district of downtown Wilmington. It's very comfy and cozy. Best part was the spiral staircase you can take to get to the roof.

The property is a fantastic place to stay while enjoying what Wilmington has to offer. You're about a half-block off of the riverwalk, and can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and other points of interest. The communication with the property owner was friendly and great. Parking is close and convenient. The rental itself is very clean and has everything you need, including comfy couches, a nice and spacious bed, a nice bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen area. Highly recommended.

Great location. Only one pot-no fry pans, small pans, foil, plastic wrap, etc. no kitchen towels, very few dishes.

We loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and in the perfect location to park you car and leave it parked. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Stayed last night in this property- very comfortable and a short walk to great restaurants downtown. Nextdoor to a nice market and parking is provided! Super great host to work with. The condo had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great location and very comfortable space for 2. We appreciated the comfortable seating in the living room, and a table with chairs - NOT a high-top - for eating. Also enjoyed a cup of tea sitting outside the door on a gorgeous day. Unfortunately, what we did not realize from the listing is there are no windows. The only source of outside air is the door, which of course you can’t leave standing open indefinitely. The HVAC fan runs constantly to circulate air, but the fan is quite loud and when the weather turned warm on the second day the system continued to pump out heat. We attempted to reach the manager but he did not see our message until 2 am - too late to fix the problem. By morning it had reached 76 degrees. If only we could have opened a window!For that and a couple of other small inconveniences that we relayed privately, we have to mark this place down to 3 stars. But it’s a good property - just don’t expect fresh air.

I came to see my daughter run the half marathon in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance of everything. The place was well decorated and clean. Joel was prompt in answering my questions and I was even able to check in an hour early. Do not hesitate to book this property.

We loved the great communication with the owner to make checking in a breeze. It's a bonus to have a parking pass for a very convenient lot. We parked our car and didn't need to drive to find so many things to do. Great pubs and restaurants. Also loved getting ice cream from Kilwins. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. It was nice to have coffee already supplied. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. It was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to walk everywhere - great location! It was very clean with a comfy bed. We appreciated the free parking right next door. Our daughter is a senior at UNCW and I wish we had found this gem earlier! It would be our go-to every time! The host was great too! If you need a one bedroom unit - look no further!!

We reserved this for our daughter and her husband for a surprise overnight for their wedding anniversary while we babysat our grandson. They loved it and said the location was great, the parking was super easy, it was very clean with towels laid out for them and checking in and out was super easy. We would definitely recommend this place and may even decide to stay there one night ourselves based on their experience! Thank you Jeff!

This apartment in Wilmington is extremely convenient and walkable to all the wonderful sites, shops, and restaurants in downtown Wilmington and is only blocks from the riverfront. We never had to use our car and parking was free and adjacent. The room was as described, clean and stocked. A separate sitting room and porch complete with rockers was a bonus. When we mistakenly left a personal item, the host retrieved it and mailed it to us promptly at no additional cost. We will definitely stay again on our next trip through! Zero regrets with this booking,

Really enjoyed our stay! So convenient great location -never had to use our car! The only recommendation would be to have some brighter lights in the kitchen/living room area. Would definitely come again!
