Beautiful location right on the beach. Lovely porch with a swing and dining table. The owners have thought of everything. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. And, if you like history, you don’t have far to go to find it.

This place was fantastic. Beautiful old south charm, including Taint Blue on the porch ceiling. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Easily the best equipped vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. If you couldn’t find it, you didn’t really need it. It’s also a very low key island. No hotels and limited rentals. So if you like feeling more like a resident than a tourist . You’ll love Sullivans island.

An excellent location. Condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The views and sunset are wonderful. Screened in porch, very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Very cool and fun place to stay! Loved the old world charm. It was like staying at a relative or friend’s beach house! Felt right at home. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and comfort. Only downside for me was the property is adjacent to the public beach access, so there was a lot of coming and going…especially on the weekend. Sullivans Island had been on my list for many years. Very glad to have visited.

Washer was broken so did not use. We did see few red ants in kitchen and bathroom. For the age of the place thought it was well taken care of.

The apartment is very nice , great view of ocean and harbor. It’s at the quiet end of the island . The apartment has character and is cozy with nice furnishings , books , movies and more kitchen supplies than you would ever need, also many beach chairs , etc on the back porch. As the building is over 100 years old it is not the most quiet place we’ve stayed , mainly hearing the loud walker staying upstairs and an occasional loud car coming to park nearby to get beach access. This is a great value on the island as there are not too many places to rent for only 2 people . We would stay here again .

Great view, great amenities and very clean!

This is our favorite place to stay when we're in the Charleston area! Check-in is effortless, and the condo is cute and clean. We love having a full kitchen with all the appliances, dishware and utensils we need to use. They recognize that their guests are on vacation, so don't even ask you to strip the beds on the (always chaotic and rushed) morning of check-out! Wonderful place, wonderful owners.

My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks in your lovely beach cottage. Everything was very well appointed and supplied. Looking so very forward to returning next year.

This place is great! Quaint with a screened in front porch for breakfast and dinner with a beautiful view! Easy check in and communication with owners!

Spent a week enjoying Charleston and Sullivan's Island. This property is charming. It is very old and quirky but we absolutely loved it! The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for a week at the beach. While I it was not an issue this is right next to one of the only beach access where cars can be parked. The beach was always busy and there was a lot of coming and going in this narrow drive that is shared with the cottage.

Wonderful classic South Carolina beach spot. Excellent Sullivan's Island location, historic building, nicely renovated with comfortable, beachy furnishings. Large screened-in front porch with ocean view. A gem.

After an initial snafu that was quickly corrected, we totally enjoyed this delightful spot. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable and homey. Loved the beach.

It was our 3rd time staying at the property and are looking forward to a 4th time!

Great location on the beach on Sullivan Island. Screened porch was great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine and dinner. Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach were perfect for evening sunsets. Beach was never crowded and easy to walk. The unit is one of four in an old house so don't expect modern finishes and features. A small Public parking area for the beach is next to the property so expect some noise but not enough to be bothersome. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated condo, just the right size for a couple. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, the laundry facilities and other amenities make for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat for neighborhood walks, exploring the fort next door, and for watching the ships going in and out of Charleston Harbor from the front porch or the chairs down by the water. This is our second stay at this property, and we're hoping to come again next year. Highly recommended!

Perfect days full of sunshine, breezes, mild temperatures. The beach days we dream of. Wonderful seafood restaurants, the church across the street and beautiful olde homes. Spent a majority of time on screened porch, in Adirondacks watching folks on beach and ships pass, and walking the beach. The lovely comfortable four rooms and a good book added to our pleasure. We will return for another week of retirement!

We had a fabulous stay on Sullivan's Island at this wonderful condo. The condo was clean and ideally located on the island. We watched beautiful sunsets in the evening over Fort Sumter and took morning walks on the beach to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved the location watching boats, the sunset and dolphins from the porch. Sullivan's Island is quiet and charming with a variety of restaurants and a few shops. The condo was clean comfortable, and beautifully decorated although we spent most of our time on the porch! comfortable

We really can't recommend this home enough. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to year after year. First, the hosts are very responsive, check-in was a breeze, instructions were clear and everything was in working order. The home itself is tastefully decorated, super clean, very comfortable for two adults and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location adjacent to Ft. Moultrie is perfect for history lovers but adding the shade of the Live Oak and an unobstructed view of the Charleston Harbor truly makes staying here a magical experience. It's an amazing view you can take in from the shade of the screened front porch or from the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach. Be aware, the house does have 4 apartments, you could be sharing the outdoor amenities with others but we had wonderful, friendly neighbors and barely heard them in the adjacent apartments. Great experience. We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years in a variety of cities/countries and I can honestly say, overall, this was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in our 30 years of marriage. If you are thinking about booking, stop reading & do it now. You won't regret it.
