Stayed Apr 7, 2026This is a beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Loved the convenience of being right on the beach and the amazing view from the large balcony. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach - chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, towels etc. The beds were comfy and condo furnishing were high quality. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 14, 2026Matt was very prompt with checking in and answering any questions we had and checked in often during our trip. He was very accommodating with any concerns or questions we had. My husband left his phone at the property upon checking out and we didn’t realize it til we arrived at the airport. Matt quickly went to the condo and shipped the phone to us next day service.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Host was a great communicator. View was awesome from the large well-appointed balcony. Enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean with comfortable furniture, and even some seasonal decorations when we arrived. Convenient location and easy check in.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025Just returned from 4 nights at this condo on Indian Rocks Beach. The family had an awesome time hanging out at the pool, the beach, and walking to some of the nearby attractions (go to DJ's for the Lobster Roll). Condo was excellent - exactly as expected with some great unexpected amenities as well. The hosts not only provided beach towels but also chairs and beach toys for the kids. Sunsets from the outdoor balcony were unbeatable - loved taking them in every night. Really looking forward to a return trip at some point!
