beautifully appointed unit with a great view of the bay. super comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked for traveler needs. excellent communication from owner. convenient parking for 2 vehicles. excellent value off season! would definitely stay again.

Great location, beautiful condo with great access.

Excellent, logical check-in instructions. Covered parking spot was a great perk. The space is clean, well-equipped, and the view from the balcony is great. You can't beat that view and location. We wanted a quiet mid-week retreat, and that's what we got :)

This condo of had plenty of room and was decorated very nicely. Great location!

Pros: Very nice space. The gas fireplace was nice to have. Cons: 1) Due to windy conditions during our stay, the damper for the exhaust vent was continually clanging day and night. This was annoying. 2) Due to stormy conditions, the building’s garage was closed when flood gates had to be installed due to flooding adjacent to the building. 3) The water temperature of the roof top pool was very cold; the indoor pool was heated, but is only 4 1/2’ deep at the deep end., 4) You need new batteries in the candles in the primary bedroom., 5) The handle on the cheese grater was broken. 6) on Friday and Saturday nights, you could hear people and music from the Rusty Rudder’s outdoor bar. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the dining and sitting areas were a comfy place for the four of us to visit. It was also just a few minutes walk to the beach. The only thing we didn't love was that we were across from the most popular bar in town, and the partying didn't stop until late. It won't stop us from returning because it wasn't overwhelmingly loud, and it was interesting to watch the comings and goings from the balcony.

Perfect place for a stay in Dewey.

Wonderful stay! Can’t beat the location in Dewey - easy uber or nice long walk to Rehoboth. Condo was beautiful - well stocked with the essentials. We loved hanging on the deck in the evenings and watching the craziness below. Access to the pool was an amazing bonus we didn’t even plan on using initially - we ended up spending many hours there. Would absolutely stay here again for a Dewey vacation.

This was our 2nd time staying at this cery well-appointed condo in the perfect location. We stayed in the off season and decided to stay in high season. This place does not disappoint. The condo has everything you need plus more. We were comfortable. Our pup was too. We didnt need to move our car as the jolly trolley picks up and drops off roght there. We rented a pontoon boat just off the pier. We grabbed lunch foe the boat off the same pier. We took a sunset cruise from the same pier. We walked to breakfast. We grabbed coffee from a few blocks away. We loved the outdoor pool. Everything is right there. Bayside beach is right there. Ocean side beach it jusy across the street. If you want to party a club, it's next door. If you want to watch the club goers you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the show. We wi definitely return again and again.

Enjoyed my stay here. The place was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. We will be renting it again.

Good location, close to restaurants, ocean, bay and Rehobeth Beach. Clean and many extra amenities included- even an “in case you forget box.” Sorry we only had a weekend.

Rooms were clean and great location

First time visiting the coast of Delaware and it did not disappoint. Condo is located one block away from the beach so very easy walk and access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and very welcoming felt like home away from home.

We will definitely return! The condo is very nice, clean and has everything you could need. The location is excellent. We were bayside with beach , restaurants rifht there. The beach is 1 block across the street. Easy peasy. You cannot go wrong.

Great space in a great location.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely well-appointed condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was near many places within walking distance and the views were spectacular. Easy to communicate with the host and we were able to bring our children (fur babies) with us which was what we wanted. We will definitely be going back soon!!
