We enjoyed everything about this villa! The rooms were great and bathrooms! My favorites about it was the fact that we pull up to our door and unload with the carts and go straight inside. No fighting elevators. We walk straight outside on balcony to the pool then walk to the beach. The only negative was the longgg walk to the beach. It was fine with us but my 70 year old grandmother had a hard time. Other than that, the snorkeling and boats were so fun at the beach!!

I did not do enough research before booking. I was sold at first floor and close to beach, and thought it would be great. We pull up, half the building is under construction, they have temporary reinforcement beams on most every condo unit. The inside of the condo was absolutely beautiful and the art work is amazing. The dishwasher is missing parts so you can't pull out the top rack without it falling out. You walk out on the public beach access, which just know was a hell of a hike, just to find out it's private owned and you can only set up camp behind their chairs and umbrellas. If you want to see lots of charter boats, this is your spot. If you're coming for the beach, book somewhere else.

Clean, easy to park and get into room. The walk to the beach was a bit far and hard to walk. A boardwalk would be great at least partially out. It was a chilly week and a heated pool would have been great. Next visit a heated pool will be a must in the description in order for me to stay. The condo itself was very nice and well decorated. It would be nice to have a few beach chairs under the bed for renters to use. Also a few board games, card games would be great for rainy days.

Dirty Literally 2 spiders in the bed. What looked like a coach roach on kitchen counter — smashed it so fast not 100% sure Kitchen trash can smelled awful No stopper for kitchen sink to be able to fill sink and use Actually booked a stay there because pics looked good and we are in the market to buy a condo — was thinking this one was on the short list. — not even close Location to beach is horrible

The poolside condo is lovely. It was safe, clean, and had easy access to everything. It is an easy walk to beautiful beaches. The pool is steps away. You can sit on the back porch and see the ocean in the morning. The condo has everything you need. I think the location is perfect. The only negative was the walls are thin so the people upstairs were very loud and the kids were running back and forth and you could hear loud thumping for long periods of time as they ran around. Hopefully no one else will have loud neighbors. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and I would book again.

This location really is a gem because it is located at the Jetty’s which is where all the boat tours bring customers to snorkel. HOWEVER!!! If you look at google map satellite for this spot, you’ll see a ton of sand dunes with no mats or wood to walk on that have to be crossed to access it, which my 70yo mother could not climb. Then when you reach the beach, you quickly find out that it’s PRIVATELY RENTED BY THE Emerald GRAND Co. (this rental is with Emerald COAST, not the same) who does the boat tours. So you have to then hike all the way to the edge of that chunk of beach if you want to set up camp. Once you do, you have to deal with 4-5 giant boats at a time docking in that water to unload 25-40 people each for their “excursion” which looks like you trying to swim/walk in the water and constantly tripping over ropes and anchor tethers. If you can deal with all that, the water & sea life are unlike any I’ve seen in 30 years of my Destin/Seaside/Watercolor/Grayton/Rosemary/Miramar Beaching. But the ocean access description here was a big disappointment, likely fueled by competition and money from what I gathered after talking to various employees.

We loved our stay! This cozy condo has an amazing location very close to everything. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was nice and there were bbq grills we used quite often. The pathway behind the building has a short easy walk to the beach. The building itself is small and has under 20 units so it had a very intimate feel which we absolutely loved. We will definitely stay here again!
