Stayed Jun 25, 2025It was alittle hard to find the condo first of all . Once we were inside the place was very warm . I thought it would cool off but it didn’t. I had to go and buy 2 fans because the condo temp was 78/80 degrees. I reported at 7am . We did not hear from anyone so we called agin and were to they were coming to check a shower head for someone else and would check it then . We left for the day . We came back late in the day to all the lights turned on and still all the 80 degree heat inside . We were given no explanation so my husband called 2 times and was finally told they were coming to put a part on . It was after 5 pm before they worked on the a/c before we had cool air on a condo we paid good money to stay in . Also be prepared to struggle to open the sliding glass door that goes out to the pool . It almost takes two people to open and close it .

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This was our second time staying at this location and our first time in this condo. The location is absolutely fantastic. We love the pool and how quite it is. Everyone staying here is very friendly. The condo was listed as having a king size bed which was false. It was a very uncomfortable queen bed. We ended up purchasing a mattress pillow toper at a local store. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024The trip was outstanding, but you might want to give detailed instructions on the front door lock, specifically how to lock the door once inside. We ended up pushing the lock button outside while the door was open then closing the door. It may lock automatically, but that wasn't the case with us.
