With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous HUB Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

    The condo is located in a great location in St. George and and we were happy with the condo itself as it met our needs for our group of 7. The double bunk beds suited our 4 girls nicely and allowed our son to have his own room. My wife and I enjoyed the spacious master suite and the deck overlooked the main pool area which was convenient. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the poor communication from the management company regarding the main tv not working. My first call was made Tuesday evening and when I didn't hear back I messaged them Wednesday mid-morning. They said maintenance would be out to look at it but when I messaged them back at 4pm for an update they did not respond. It wasn't until Thursday that they finally got back to me and told me the tv would be replaced that day. I realize that this was not a dire emergency but poor communication can make an annoying situation seem even worse. Simply replying in a timely manner and keeping renters informed can make a big difference.

    Very nice, loved the view from our balcony. My kids though the pool slides were awesome. It was really convenient having a washer and dryer in our condo.
