Pool view, ground floor retreat!

We loved the condo very quiet and clean. It had everything we needed including a beach umbrella. Would stay here again. Close to airport and beach.

The place was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, which truly enhanced our experience.

I REALLY ENJOYED SATYING THERE. THE PROPERTU IS COZY, CLEAN.

The pool was a great place to make new friends and catch up with old friends that come back each year. The kitchen was well stocked for meal.prep.enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return next year. Host was very receptive and always there to answer all questions or concerns. Love this condo right next to the pool.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Fit our needs perfectly along with a great location. Convenient to shopping and Clearwater Beach. Pool is lovely for a warm morning or afternoon dip. Would recommend to seniors.

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our condo in Clearwater. Magdalena was attentive and helpful. The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location was very central to many beach and other activities in the area. This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Magdalena was a great host and the condo met all of our expectations. It was immaculate and had all of the conveniences to have a great vacation. Unfortunately, we didn’t factor a major hurricane in our plans. Through all of the drama Magdalena communicated and put our minds at ease.

Our host was super engaging. I briefly told her we were coming for our 30th year anniversary and we arrived to chocolates and a bottle of wine! How thoughtful. There was a card also wishing us a nice day. It made our day! The Condo was clean, fresh and neat and had everything we could have needed. Everything was updated and neat. The outside patio overlooked the pool and we made use of all of the amenities including the gym. Magdalena checked in to see if we were good via the app and gave clear instructions upon arrival. Everything worked like a charm. We would stay again when back in area. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO so grab it while you can. The facility is gated and we felt at ease everywhere we went in all areas.

My spouse and I had a wonderful week vacation!! The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! Great condo, comfortable and beautiful. Easy access to everything. Food choices all over, and Publix is super close. Pool was beautiful. We arrived very late at night, and easily had access to everything we needed. Host was an amazing communicator. We will return soon.

Very roomy and clean. Its well stocked with anything you would need. (You only need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash) I highly recommend!!

Magdalena reached out immediately after we booked to introduce herself and ask for any specific needs that we may have. She had everything prepared for us to just come in and relax. The unit is completely stocked with anything you would need, just like home! We will definitely book here in future!
