Stayed Feb 14, 2026This 2BR 2BA condo had a large living area with extra space off the living room with a desk. The beds were very comfortable and the complex amenities (Pool, Tennis Courts, and grounds) are excellent. The bathrooms are small and the condo is somewhat dated, but we had a very comfortable stay. A dedicated contact was provided and she was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had.

Stayed Jan 13, 2025Everything was as shown in the listing for this condo. This is a convenient location, the beds are comfortable, and the condo is spacious. I appreciated having the work desk for my laptop. The owners and local contact were helpful and responsive. We liked being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We went on a good number of hikes and took advantage of the hot tub afterwards! If we return to Phoenix in the future we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed May 7, 2024Arrived at Condo and after entering, noticed Condo had not been cleaned. Contacted the local contact (Corina) and told her the situation. She was apologetic and said she would get someone to the unit, which she did. On the second night, wife and I decided to go for a walk around the complex. After returning, the combination keypad lock would not work. The battery low notice came up. Called the contact and told her the situation. She would try and work the problem. There was no key solution to get in the unit. We just sat outside and waited for some help. Our car keys and ID was locked in the condo. I asked a neighbor, and he told me there should be a location on the bottom of the keypad to insert a 9 volt battery to get the lock to work. He went home and returned with a battery. We could not fit the battery under the keypad. The door handle was mounted to close to the keypad. I then called the rental adviser for help. After sitting on the curb for an hour, I asked another neighbor if he knew of anything that would work. He asked me if a patio door was unlocked upstairs? The condo was a second-floor unit. I had no idea if anything was unlocked. He went back to his place and returned with a ladder. He went up to the second-floor patio and thank goodness a door was unlocked and was able to let us in. Nice to see that good people still are around. The next morning, someone showed up and changed with batteries in the keypad. The condo itself is dated, needs TLC.

Stayed May 15, 2023The property was exactly as pictured and then some. It had everything you could possibly imagine… shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dog bowls, tennis rackets, tennis balls, every condiment you can imagine in the fridge, Mac & cheese, top ramen, ice cream sandwiches, and the list goes on. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, near Mayo Clinic. The complex itself was very quiet and very safe feeling. Long story short, if we make it back to Scottsdale, we would definitely stay there again.
