☀️ Pool Front-Across 2Beach-Grand Caribbean East 106 ️

Our unit was not cleaned thoroughly. The shower had stuff in it, we ran out of toilet paper, and the floors were dirty. The shower drain was also backed up.

Awesome place to stay worth every penny. As advertised the Beach is about less than a minute walk across the street from the property. The pool & hot tube was right outside our back patio, major plus. Everything from restaurants to shops are about 10-15 drive. We were a family of four with two teens & two adults. There is a washer and dryer and other cleaning supplies which was useful. The only things I found strange was they ask you not to set the AC below 71, they only provide one set of bath towels (stayed 5 days), they didn’t provide extra trash bags. Oh and don’t forget to place these parking placards that are provided in the room. We were told without them you’d be towed immediately (Dang!) . Highly recommend this place.

Pool not warm enough to use .

Loved my stay in Destin! The condo had a pool just steps from the patio—perfect for the kids to swim while we relaxed from patio. Beach access was even easier: just cross the street and you’re on the sand. Clean, cozy, and so convenient—couldn’t have asked for a better setup!

Easy access to the room, pool and beach. The only downfall is there is nothing in the apartment like Salt-N-pepper and coffee filters. It was very nice and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal you have beach access just across the street. The pool is literally right off the back porch. I would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this particular condo at least half a dozen times. We love it and the owners are so easy to communicate with! We will keep going back.

Beautiful location; short walk to beach; convenient to restaurants, Whole Foods, etc; 25 mins to Eglin AFB. Clean, comfortable, updated condo. Toilet issue was resolved quickly.

Time to update. Carpet worn, stove needs replaced , bathroom needs remodel

Overall enjoyed the property and proximity to beach and pool.

Great stay, easy check-in, close to beach!

Overall great place! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit & 4th time in this condo. We did have a small issue with the dryer getting rust stains on two shirts. We reported it to the property manager who responded promptly but I don’t believe anyone ever came out to look at the dryer.

I loved the place, it is located on the ground floor in front of the pool and access to the beach is just across the street. Great for families with children’s!

Property was nice and very clean. Good location. Very short walk to the beach. I wish the owners would provide a beach cart and chairs.

Over all the property was clean neat and had all we needed. Check in and check out was simple.
